This is the exact mentality that keeps India struggling. The Railways clean the trains again and again and people like these destroy it within minutes. What else can the Railways possibly do? For such behavior, strict enforcement and heavy fines are the only solutions. Public places are not your personal garbage bin. Keep them clean the way you keep your own home clean. 🛑 Clean India is impossible until mindsets are cleaned first.
