For those asking, yes it will work. Less tasks for your phone to consistently carry out. But I wouldn't turn off Background App Refresh, as you don't get real time updates except while in the app (pull). Maybe turn off those you don't regularly use or nt as important.

You can aswell turn off the ones that ain’t too important, it’s simple Thanks for your contribution
