@HeartValveCntr @ColumbiaMed Agree!! A ring is a incredibly necessary adjunct if we ever have a hope to replicate a physiologic repair. But to get this to move forward, physicians have to agree and want to do this vs getting in and out with TEEr alone…more to come!

I’m pleased to report that the first ever surgeon led IDE pilot study of the DaVinci Single Port Robot for Foregut and HPB operations has successfully started at AdventHealth Tampa. Our first patient underwent Cholecystectomy through a 12mm incision hidden in the belly button. The operation went very smoothly without any intra-operative complications. This is an exciting time to be able to offer operations we used to do through a single incision laparoscopically now through a fully robotic approach with incredible precision and visualization. We have come a long way with this brilliant technology. Applying this state of the art innovation to gradually more complex operations, I believe will optimize patients surgical outcomes. San Francisco is trying something new to tackle the drug crisis with our first ever performance-based contract for public health or homelessness services. Our Rapid Enforcement, Support, Evaluation, and Triage Center (RESET Center) will allow our police officers to arrest those engaged in public drug use at a speed and volume we have never seen before. But with this new resource, we will also give those suffering from addiction a real chance to choose recovery. At the RESET Center, the provider will operate under a performance-based contract. This is the first time San Francisco has used this approach for public health or homelessness services. That means the provider will be paid based on results, not just process. We’ll measure outcomes like faster officer drop-off times and how many people are actually connected to treatment and care. San Franciscans deserve accountability, and people in crisis deserve real pathways toward recovery.

⚠️ Caution to Mokila HMDA Plot Bidders ⚠️ Upcoming Mokila HMDA auction is on 29th June & 30th June and I visited the site today, and here are my thoughts. The HMDA layout is shaping up very well. The development quality looks good, and the internal roads and overall planning appear to be done to a decent standard. However, the current approach roads are a major concern. • The approach road from Mokila Main Road / Waterford Villas side is decent initially, but remember it is only a 30 ft road, and nearly 1 km towards the end is still a kacha road. • The Kollur approach road is currently in a pathetic condition. • The third access road, which was probably operational earlier via the Aparna venture side, is now closed. Though the brochure mentions 3 HMDA planned approach roads, none of them are actually under progress or visibly planned on ground as of now. Personally, I would not recommend bidding beyond ₹65,000 per sq yard at the current stage. There are other options like Gachibowli County and JB Ventures plots directly on the RR7 Extension Road in the ₹55K–₹60K range, with much better connectivity and just 10–12 minutes from the Kollur exit. It doesn’t make much sense to invest ₹70K–₹80K+ without a proper and dependable approach road.

Inspired by Hind, and the bravery of every Palestinian child who has faced down Israeli genocide for the last century - whether they threw a molotov at a checkpoint, a rock at a tank, or made a call for help. So long as they resist, so must we. We attacked two targets at Columbia University. First, the Kravis Columbia School of Business, one of Columbia's most recent violent gentrification projects into Harlem, the construction of which was conditioned on the creation of Columbia's Apartheid Global Center in "Tel Aviv". We will not allow this land-grab to go unchallenged. Second, we attacked the School of International and Public Affairs - the first Columbia institution to expel a student for their support for Palestinian liberation, currently run by a former "Israeli intelligence officer" - Killer Keren, and staffed by Rebecca Weiner, head of the Counterterrorism Unit of the NYPD, who directed the brutal police assault on our comrades in Hind's Hall last May. We left Hind's call painted on SIPA, and we cemented the sewage lines of the entire building, forcing them to shut down business-as-usual. We are not experts in what it means to take revolutionary action. We are people - just like you - who, today, chose to act. We were afraid- to be arrested, suspended, and expelled; and that is exactly the point. The goal is not to be fearless, but to recognize that to be afraid is merely a symptom of our moral clarity. We are soberly aware of what we may lose if we act, and we are soberly aware of how much more we will lose if we don't. The most severe consequence we could face today is not expulsion or prison time- it is the knowledge that we had the opportunity to act, and, instead, chose cowardice. Let us identify the actions that elicit fear in us, find the people who we can be courageous with, embrace the fear, and take collective action. Elon Musk in a new interview this morning on Tesla FSD: "In terms of having self-driving be ubiquitous, I think we’re making steady progress. The Tesla Full Self-Driving software, which is really just AI and cameras, we don’t use radars or LIDAR or anything like that. It’s really trying to drive the car in the same way that a human drives the car, primarily with vision and with a biological neural net. We take the same approach with our vehicles, which is a digital neural net and cameras. I expect this approach to ultimately be at least an order of magnitude safer than humans driving. It is quite magical because the car feels like it is sentient. It actually feels like it’s alive and you can actually, as we improve the software, feel the sentience growing in the car. We already have some vehicles operating with no people inside with no safety monitors in three cities in Texas and probably will be widespread in the US by the end of this year and hopefully in Israel too" Tesla FSD is beginning to feel more and more sentient with each update, it’s incredible. The next two months put $IREN's entire pivot on one milestone. Horizon 1, its first GB300 super cluster at Childress, is targeted to hand off to $MSFT in Q3, roughly July through September, the opening delivery under the five year, $9.7 billion Microsoft contract and the point where that contract starts turning into revenue. For a year the company has been buying the hard things. Power, land, financing. Now it has to turn them into delivered compute. That is the whole test. "The world is structurally short compute, and the bottleneck is delivered data center and GPU capacity," said Daniel Roberts, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of $IREN. Horizon 1 is him putting that to the proof. Capacity nobody can energize is worthless. Capacity handed to a hyperscaler on schedule is the business. The rest of the window fills in around it. The Mirantis acquisition, signed in May, is pending close and adds the software layer to run the fleet. $3.1 billion of ARR sits under contract against a $4.4 billion target, so there is room for another customer, and management is openly chasing one. The $3.65 billion GPU financing that closed June 1 already funds most of the $MSFT hardware, with $NVDA and $DELL on the supply side. Sweetwater 1, energized in May, keeps ramping power behind all of it. The full year FY2026 results that put real numbers on all of this land just past the window, late August into September. The catalysts here are operational first, reported second. What makes that timeline credible is the record behind it. $IREN hit 50 EH/s on the schedule it set, energized Sweetwater 1 on schedule, and has Horizon 1-4 tracking for year-end.
