The wine environment is complete, it already has everything you indicated, vulkan and directx... I want to make a mini desktop... I don't want to just run the exe

If you port everything needed you would only need to create a windows application that serves as ui for it or possibly run steam big picture or any other thing you would want as a simple launcher

The launcher needs to be a mini-desktop environment... I don't just want a standard launcher; the Wine environment is fully intact and already integrated.
