The Hidden Blade is mainly used for stealth take-downs ✅No present day segments. I was informed that it will be replaced with new moments that explore Edward’s past with his wife, along with some “what if” scenarios like Edward siding with the Templars, for example, likely related to Juno’s involvement in the original narrative 📜Thoughts: While the demo I played featured only a portion of the map, Resynced has potential to replace the original as the definitive experience of Edward Kenway’s story I also wasn’t able to experience any of Rifts that replace the modern day, so for me, as a fan of the series’ lore and present day since 2007, the absence of a traditional modern day is the only let down that prevents me from fully replacing the original with it, as present day and sci-do elements are the DNA of the franchise and what makes it stand out It would also be great if mission replay is added later, a feature the OG had by default, like its predecessors That said, everything else very much elevated what was in the original, which made going back to replay it show how dated it feels by comparison I look forward to the final game, and to see future games inherit this formula of a defined protagonist, focused progression and no RPG elements😎

The official SH2 novel explains James' thoughts when he sees the noose. In SH2R it's obvious a lot is going on in his head, but the details are left out. In the novel he imagines his execution. Pyramid Head pulls the noose around his neck, then James realizes he's trying to hang himself and snaps out of his delusions. At that moment James is so mentally disturbed and desperate to escape his nightmare that he calls out to the Brookhaven director for help, believing he's his patient: “Help me...Somebody please...help me... If you’re really there, looking into the face of your deranged patient, and if I’m really there, too, then please help me. Use medication or whatever you want, I don’t care how rough it is. 🚨 Serious Security Concern at Roswell Women’s and Children’s Hospital ‼️ Roswell Women and Children's Hospital I am extremely disappointed & concerned about a recent incident involving my vulnerable patient under care at Roswell Hospital. The patient (in orange left her sickbed to go for a short call) and then: An unidentified individual was able to: * Enter the hospital without proper registration * Bypass security and reception protocols * Access a private patient ward without authorization * Steal a patient's personal property (iPhone 16 Pro Max) This raises serious questions about patient safety and security procedures within the facility. Hospitals are meant to be safe environments, especially for patients who are already in a vulnerable condition. The most troubling part is the lack of response and assistance from the hospital following the incident. No meaningful support, accountability, or clear explanation has been provided so far. 1. How is it possible for an unregistered individual to freely access patient areas? 2. What security measures are actually in place to protect patients and their belongings? 3. Why has there been no proactive effort to resolve or even properly address this incident? This situation reflects a concerning lapse in basic security protocols and patient protection standards. I'm still here improving it every day New ad spots available now: 📊 Stats update: 380,000 people have now flown in the game ✅ Added fireworks on round end now (10 min rounds) ✅ Added start and exit portals from and to the #vibejam portal . pieter .com ✅ Better ailerons/rudder/elevator movements etc ✅ HUD "difference" blending mode for more visibility ✅ Server auto restarts every day now to keep it fast ✅ FPS improvements with progressive enhancement based on FPS (higher FPS gets more effects) ✅ Added view switcher and leaderboard buttons on mobile ✅ Lots of tiny bug fixes Next: - transmit vehicle type to server and show diff vehicles for other users (like tank, bazooka, f16) right now they all show as same - fix joypads get stuck on Tesla browser and make them dynamically placed - try again to add to a throttle, and then the throttle with a delay affects the engine etc.

With the MLB draft coming up in 21 days, it's time to start prepping some of these guys to transition into pro ball! I fully expect to hear Ariston Veasey's name called EARLY this year. It's easy to see why: ✅ Sits 95 mph ✅ Tops 98 mph ✅ 20" IVB fastball (cut-ride 👀) ✅ Nasty slider ✅ ~60% whiff rate ✅ 32% K rate ✅ .138 BAA ✅ Absolute DOG on the mound The crazy part? Ariston is new to pitching! Not kidding. He had 10 innings in his entire life before I started coaching him last year. He's an elite athlete who is easy to coach because he can actually make adjustments if cued the right way. He dominated hitters this year with only 2 pitches. They're both elite and will play in pro ball. However, the untapped potential here is the best part. I've seen him throw changeups literally one time, and he threw some of the best ones I've ever seen. See for yourself in the first 3 pitches in the bullpen video. The kid's just got it. Ceiling is on mars. MLB orgs, DM me for more info on Mr. Veasey

ED boarding is when a patient is admitted but physically remains in the ED. Unlike the floors or ICUs, there is no "capacity" in the ED. While nursing ratio recommendations exist, there is no method to enforce it given the nature of EM workflow. Is ED boarding really as big of a deal as he says? The short answer is: yes. My record for ED LOS exceeds a month, and the worst nursing ratios were 13 patients per nurse. The latter was in early COVID. One systematic review included 7 studies and over 75,000 patients. Here’s the gist of what they found: -higher rates of missing treatment interventions (9%) -higher rates of missing home medications (18%) -higher rates of missing lab studies (3%) -higher odds of orders not being filled on time (OR 1.84, 1.46-2.30) -higher odds of orders not being filled altogether (OR 2.58, 1.94-3.42 -higher odds of delirium in the elderly (OR 2.23, 1.13-4.41) -higher odds of drug-related adverse events (OR 1.04, 1.01-1.08) Another systematic review included 13 studies and focused on the elderly.
