I tried AW2 on my Pro. Completely ignore it’s running at 800p, PSSR does a really really fantastic service upscaling the content to 4K. It looks great IMO

PSSR ain't looking good here, RT is way way below PC's lowest, and performance is worse in performance mode. This update ain't it.

So basically, Sony Playstation sold a lie to the community in the year 2020 , they remastered 🤣 the ps4 pro console, calling it a ps5. Just cus they added ssd and a useless rt, but it is basically an improved ps4 pro console

Uff. These "upgrades" for 800€ really aint doing it for me. I was hoping for a lot more. Stil thinking about selling my ps5 and get the Pro but yea.. its just not good enough imo

Look at this Dragon Dogma 2 hitting 60fps with ray tracing on PS5 pro, Overcoming the Heavy CPU limit of the PS5. It also performs much better than an RX6800 on PC with a 5600X CPU. Told you PS5 pro will beat people's PCs as most have a 3060 and below

Impressively, PSSR 2.0 has narrowed the gap with DLSS 4.5 In this comparison, Crimson Desert Quality mode doesn’t use PSSR, and other titles have stronger PC assets, so FF7R is the best example. At normal viewing distance, they might even look equal. Huge win for PS5 Pro/Sony

There’s a major issue with DLSS 4.5 that I haven’t seen many people talk about. Any RT effect looks noticeably noisier and more flickery with DLSS 4.5 compared to DLSS 4. This applies across the board, from full path tracing to standard Ray Tracing and even software Lumen.
