It is with great concern that I condemn the burning of the APC party offices in Bo and the attack on my motorcade yesterday in Pujehun. These acts of violence are completely unacceptable and have no place in a democratic society. I strongly urge all political parties and their supporters to refrain from engaging in violence and instead focus on conducting peaceful and respectful campaigns. Political differences should be resolved through constructive dialogue and engagement rather than resorting to violence and intimidation. I am committed to promoting unity, peace, and stability in the country. I believe that a peaceful and respectful election process is critical for the development and progress of the country. I always condemned any form of violence and will continue to do so. I call on the relevant authorities to investigate these incidents and bring the perpetrators to justice. I also urge the authorities to take measures to ensure the safety and security of all political candidates and their supporters. I urge all Sierra Leoneans to work towards a peaceful and respectful election process. Let us focus on the issues that matter most to the people and engage in constructive dialogue to find solutions to the challenges facing our country. Together, we can build a brighter future for all Sierra Leoneans.

CCTV Captures Attack on Security Guards by Blinkit Workers in Kukatpally Hooliganism by Blinkit delivery workers and their associates was reported at the Rainbow Vistas RVRG gated community in Kukatpally on Sunday. Trouble began when a security guard stopped a delivery worker of Blinkit for entering the premises without mandatory permission for both workers at the gate. Following the intervention, a group of delivery workers and their associates gathered at the spot and attacked the security personnel on duty. The assault, which was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the gated community, left two security guards injured. Similar incidents involving delivery workers had earlier been reported from cities such as Mumbai and Noida, and the latest incident signals the emergence of such violence in Hyderabad as well. A complaint has been lodged with the Kukatpally police, and CCTV footage has been handed over as evidence. Successive governments have made promises but failed to act. Kashmir is not a bilateral dispute — it is an international issue rooted in international law, and the UK must have the moral courage to recognise that and uphold its obligations. Kashmiris deserve justice, dignity and the right to decide their own future.

Maria Bartiromo highlighted their fight but the Iranian diaspora must make sure other media know about the nationwide strike in Iran as well. To Iranians around the world: each of you has a responsibility. Do not let the voice of our compatriots risking their lives striking and protesting be ignored. The media and policymakers must know Iranians are not seeking a handout. They are not waiting on the sidelines. They are fighting for their rights, for their freedom, and for their dignity. The diaspora must continue to inform the media and officials in their host countries repeatedly and respectfully.

During my tenure as Executive Mayor of City of Joburg, I insourced 1,879 cleaners and 4,185 security guards, ending the exploitation of outsourced workers because I believed every employee deserved DIGNITY, FAIR WAGES, and JOB SECURITY. Today, under the current administration, those same workers have been forced to take the City to the CCMA over unfair and reduced salaries due to the very gains we fought for, being stripped away from them. A government that forces workers to fight their own employer for fair treatment has failed them. Workers deserve respect, dignity, and leaders who keep their promises. #OperationFixJoburg #UnfinishedBusiness
