As part of the acquisition, we are open sourcing HumanLayer and inviting all HumanLayer customers to Factory. The current HumanLayer platform will remain up and running during a transition period of at least 30 days, where we will support users in any or all of: exporting their data, migrating to Factory, or self-hosting the HumanLayer open source.

Multiplayer coding agents only click for me when the cloud run feels as immediate as local editing, because I have watched background agents drift while I waited for a status update. I will judge this by whether a whole team can stay in the same agent session without stepping on each other.
