Today marks the end of Daylight Saving Time as we “fall back” and move our clocks back an hour. That means one less hour of daylight in the evenings, longer nights, and a rise in Seasonal Affective Disorder. Enough is enough. It’s time to LOCK THE CLOCK.

You're half right in that we should stop monkeying with the clocks. I'd prefer just staying on Standard time year round though, more light in the morning.

No! Permanent DST deprives sleep and morning sunlight, which increase SAD! Mood, health, safety, and education need permanent Standard Time’s circadian alignment. #DitchDST #SaveStandardTime

We are now on real time. Oh, and it doesn’t make the night longer. The amount of daylight is what it is regardless of the clock.

you like kids being killed in the dark waiting on school busses. We need to keep the standard time permanent, saying the nights are longer is just BS! You get longer nights and shorter daylight because of the tilt of the earth not meddling with the time! Keep Standard time permanent

We survive just find here in Arizona where we spend the entire year on Standard Time.

Big disagree. Its too dark in the morning. Need sunlight in morning to start the day

You're wrong. We don't have one less hour of light in the evenings. Only the clock changes, not the sun. I agree that we should stop the clock changes, but we should stay on standard time permanently, not DST. Standard time is safer.

No Way ..: Daylight savings isn’t natural and interrupts our circadian rhythm.. It is decidedly not healthy for human beings.. Causes sleep disorders.. which causes metabolic problems.. End daylight saving time .. Permanently.. 🔔🇺🇸🕶

I prefer standard time as it gets light earlier in the morning.

Arizona doesn’t have to worry about this, we never change our clocks….
