Let me help with that answer Mayor Johnson. In an effort to keep women from being lit on fire on CTA, I am going to deploy 100 additional police officers onto our trains. They will be instructed to enforce fare and other quality of life issues which have proven to reduce overall crime on transit systems nationally.
