You must accept work has been done by Gov and MLAs in many places .. yesterday evening I left my apartment in the evening and road was flooded when I return back after 30 min road was cleared of water because of good drainage , this was not the case few years back.

Yes… on these roads “stretch” water is there for next 4-5 days and it’s cleared due to vehicles moment and there is no extra efforts by anyone for days…

All these builders are charging 3cr more the problems keep increase the price 🙏

This is from budigere cross. If you come to varthur & gunjur areas, every builder there can proudly rename their project to drainage view. For ex. Prestige lakeside habitat there can be renamed Prestige drainage side habitat. Builder different, situation same :-)

Property tax, road tax, on top of this every commodity tax, this tax, that tax , then variety of cess... No governance and accountability for these, simply looted for no infra, we ppl are forced to pay for these with no option left with our blood and sweat 🥲🥲🥲

Reminder: roads are built by the government, not by apartment builders

Please post it to the google review page too. Instead of acknowledging the problem and addressing it, they are washing off hands as government infrastructure problem, though it is them who have caused this problem.

Builders would still say they built the Tech Parks, Apartments and charged you the Moon. Govt forgot the Drains and Roads. Happening sincec decades in Bengaluru with no improvement.

Drains are choked and debris are left on the roadside as it is. I tried to drive attention of the authorities including sir @krishnabgowda here on this, but no luck and here is the result, the whole stretch is flooded again. The airport road is blocked.

Seen a few Sattva properties, apartment is ok but the road has been pathetic, one near Kanakapura road near Thurahalli with no road (due to cauvery pipeline ) I was told 😁😜, government probably makes builders pay for the roads and wash their hands 🫣
