85% of people who behave in this awkward manner are not indigenous people of Lagos and 50% of that 85 are those elenugboro who are good in talking down about Lagos.

We can blame the market men and women all we want however the bulk of the blame should go to the council leaders who allocate this space to traders while charging a trading fee. Am sure no one is trading with this level of blatant disregard for the rule of law without some local council influence and approval.
