Just the way we have “blue ticks” and “verified badges” on social media, shouldn’t we have “verified tick marks” for restaurants on food delivery apps that are following top hygiene standards? Most Indians care a lot about the hygiene of the kitchens at home, but we don’t have any idea about the hygiene of kitchens we order from in the food delivery apps. Restaurants show us the most beautiful pictures of their food on the delivery apps, then why do we often get worms, plastic and metal pieces in our food? As consumers, we should keep try ordering from restaurants which have HACCP (food safety certification) and FSSAI (hygiene rating) certifications. I was happy to see food ordering platform, EatSure , share there actual pictures of their kitchen from their internal audits. This is a welcome step and I believe it should be mandatory for restaurants to not only share pictures of their food, but also share pictures of the kitchens. Today is Right to Information (RTI) Day. This RTI day, let’s demand the transparency and safety we deserve in our food choices! Happy Dussehra, and here’s to making informed decisions! #ConsciousCapitalism #EffectiveAltruism

It was a profound privilege to engage with the leadership and dedicated members of our great NDC family in Alimosho LGA; ward chairmen and secretaries, youth leaders, women leaders, and our committed LGA executives. I shared a bit of my journey, the experiences that have shaped me, and the conviction that led me to answer the call of public service. More importantly, I laid out my vision for a Lagos that truly works for all: a Lagos anchored in competence, accountability, and genuine, people-centered service. I am deeply grateful for the warmth, the enthusiasm, and the openness with which I was received. The thoughtful questions, the honest conversations, and the opportunity to listen to the concerns and aspirations of the people who are the lifeblood of this great state. The Lagos we want will not be built by one person. It will be built through partnership; with the communities, the leaders, and every resident who is invested in the service of our people. If you’re in Lagos, you have no business buying any other rice apart from Eko Rice. We need to look out for each other and make life easier and more affordable for ourselves. This rice is way cheaper than the regular rice in the market, and I think you should go for it. It’s available at the Lagos Fresh Food Hub in Mushin, and honestly, I’m happy that more outlets are coming up in Sangotedo, Agege, and Abule Ado.
