yeonjun’s workout routine 🏋️ 🦊 i think i work out my chest, my shoulders and my back in that order…one day at a time so chest on one day, shoulders on the next and then my back 🦊 i do arm workouts with that sometimes too 🦊 i try to do ab work outs every day 🦊 for back, i think chin-ups are really good! for chest, i think bench presses or using machines is good and for shoulders, i think it’s good to just do it in many splits!

Even I have bad mornings. But to the young man that stopped me on my drive-way telling me about his pilot’s scholarship you have cheered me right up. Good luck fella and I hope your medical goes well today, I started the day off stressed up to me eyeballs and everything was going Pete tong. But now it’s finish off this breakfast and back out to work. Today is gonna be a good day, it’s okay to have off mornings. Wishing you all a wonderful Tuesday! Lots of love. Bosh❤️

NuNew : I wanted to go there (SUPERSUN pop-up store) since the early days, but I didn’t have time at all. As for the day I was free, I happened to get sick. So after the day I got sick I was free. At first I wanted to go too because that day was a free day to me. But I just went to see doctor so I felt I’d better take a rest at home to get completely recovered first because after that I’ll have long work schedule. What kind of struggle is it to go from THE guy at IL, to a role player? TSJ: I ain’t go through no struggles. I knew when I got drafted here, I got drafted to a good team. I knew I was going to have to work my butt off to get in the rotation, or even to get minutes. I just go in with a smile on my face every day, cheer these guys on and be the best teammate I can be. Today was my first day back at work as the Mayor of Freetown, 9 months after vacating the office on 28th February this year. My day started with interviews at AYV TV and Radio. My next engagement was directly aligned to our Transform Freetown “Job Creation with a Tourism Focus”priority sector. I delivered the opening remarks at a workshop to provide training on strategic heritage tourism and explore the potential for the development and effective marketing of an Historic Walking Tour of Freetown and a Biennial Roots Festival. Next was a general staff meeting at which I had the opportunity to thank all FCC staff for their support during my reelection and for holding the fort in my absence. I introduced the Deputy Mayor Kweku Lisk Esq to the staff and also asked them for a renewed commitment for us to work as a team to deliver on our Transform Freetown agenda. One of the highlights of today was most definitely the surprise celebration organized for me and the Deputy Mayor by FCC staff! We ended the day dancing! Back to serious work tomorrow! #TransformFreetown #5MoreToDoMore
