These young men and women invested time in acquiring skills and gaining hands-on experience with the legitimate expectation that their training would translate into meaningful career opportunities. what incentive remains for our youth to pursue apprenticeship programmes The concerns of these apprentices must be addressed through dialogue, sensitivity, and constructive engagement—not force. As a commitment to supporting skilled youth, Sun Foundation India will extend assistance in facilitating job opportunities for these candidates in private sector Punjab's youth are not asking for charity; they are asking for a fair opportunity.
