Today, we conducted a special operation targeting Cemetery View and Plastic View Informal Settlements. We arrested over 90 illegal immigrants who are now being processed by Home Affairs. Deportations are expected in next few days following court approval. This is the beginning of a process to clean-up these areas.... show more

The illegal immigrants arrested during this operation were from Zimbabwe, Mozambique,Lesotho and Malawi. The operation also uncovered drugs and over 648 people were searched. It will take joint partnerships between law enforcements to deal with the impact of illegal immigration. One by one! @CityTshwane
