We have a debtors book off over R1 billion, and the majority of those who owe the city are provincial and national government entities. The arm of accountability isn’t only reserved for households and businesses. We will hold our counterparts in the government with the same responsibility when it pertains to the payment for municipal services. Today’s #TshwaneYaTima operation amounted to over R18 million.
