Through tears, this is how the Spanish soldiers say goodbye to the Ukrainian warriors who have been training for the last few months in our land. May they all celebrate victory together one day. #SlavaUkraini 🇪🇸🇺🇦🥹

53 exchanges. 3,310 of our people are already home in Ukraine, with their families. We continue working and seeking ways to free everyone from Russian captivity — all of our military and civilians, adults and children. I thank everyone who is helping. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

In 2024, we managed to bring 1,358 of our people back home to Ukraine from Russian captivity. These are our soldiers and civilians. Their fates are different, but they are equally happy to return home. Each and every one of them for the sake of whom a large Ukrainian team worked. We must do everything to ensure that in 2025, there will be even more such good news and returns of our people. Thank you to our partners who help. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

95 of our people are home again. These are the warriors who defended Mariupol and "Azovstal," as well as the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kherson regions. Each time Ukraine rescues its people from Russian captivity, we bring closer the day when freedom will be returned to all those still held in Russian captivity. I thank the team involved in finding and liberating prisoners. We are doing everything to bring back all of our people held by Russia. I am grateful to the warriors who replenish the exchange fund and to all our partners who help us. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦 __ Every time we bring our people back from Russian captivity, we remember our fundamental goal: we will not leave anyone of ours, nothing of Ukraine to the enemy. Yesterday we returned 95 more of our guys, our warriors, from captivity. In total, since February 24 last year, we have already returned 2526 Ukrainians. I am grateful to our entire team involved in the exchanges! I thank every warrior who ensures that Ukraine has an "exchange fund" for the release of our people! We remember everyone, we are searching for each and every one of them, and we have to bring them all back. And we will! 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦 Photo and video: Vitalii Yurasov.

On Ukraine’s Sergeants and Warrant Officers Day we honor our warriors who forge the strength and success of our entire army. Currently, 150,000 of them are serving. They lead in battle, motivate, train, and keep morale up. When they are trusted, the army is invincible. I thank every sergeant and warrant officer who cares for soldiers and Ukraine and works hard to get results for their units and the country. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

It is a duty to be worthy of the path Ukraine is on. To give Ukraine more strength. More opportunities. It is a duty. To care about everyone around you. To support them. To take care of people. And always bring the result closer. The main result for Ukraine. Ukraine must prevail. This is the main thing for everyone. So that we do not have to look away from the photos of the warriors on the Wall of Remembrance and other memorials. I thank everyone who works for Ukraine, who fights for Ukraine in this way: with dignity, courage, and strength. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

We all have to understand that the main task is de-occupation of our land & freeing our people from 🇷🇺 evil. Thanks to everyone who helps. Who creates jobs in 🇺🇦, pays taxes. Who keeps the world's focus on 🇺🇦. To all who organizes fundraising for our warriors and our recovery.

In total, the terrorists have already launched at least 1961 "Shaheds" against Ukraine, and a significant number of them have been shot down. Unfortunately, not all of them. We are working to shoot down more – to shoot down as many as possible. We are working to have more air defense systems. In particular, this is a task for each of our ambassadors, all representatives of Ukraine. Everyone must work for the victory, for the protection of life. The lives of people and the protection of our beautiful Ukraine! 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Torture, humiliation, and hunger—these are what our Ukrainian people endure in Russian prisons and camps. We have managed to bring 3,767 Ukrainians home. Almost all of them required long-term treatment and rehabilitation. Russia continues to illegally detain thousands more of our people and forcibly relocate children. Together with everyone in the world who values human life, we must do everything possible to free each and every one of them. We are counting on the support of the Vatican and all our partners. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Today, 🇷🇺 terrorists hit Zaporizhzhia again - an ordinary building was hit, a church and a residential building were damaged… As of now, unfortunately, it is known that there are dead... there are wounded. My condolences to the families and friends who have lost their loved ones. Every day, every week, we work to ensure that our defenders of the sky have more air defense systems and missiles for them. Tomorrow I will continue this work, trying my best to provide more protection for the sky. Our entire territory needs much more air defense systems than we have now. Step by step, we are turning this "much more" into concrete capabilities of 🇺🇦 Air Force, our anti-aircraft gunners, our mobile firing brigades. We are also preparing more specifics on modern fighters for our warriors: I have no doubt that F-16s will be in our skies. I thank everyone who helps us protect people from 🇷🇺 terror! Thank you to everyone who shares our aspiration for the complete liberation of 🇺🇦 land from the occupier!

Another group of our warriors is back home. Today, Ukrainian servicemen returned from Russian captivity — including members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, particularly the Air Assault Forces, Naval Forces, and Territorial Defense Forces. Also released were service members of the State Border Guard Service, the National Guard, and the State Special Transport Service. Many of them spent nearly two years in captivity. Many have serious injuries and health issues. Most are officers. We know each and every one. We are bringing everyone back. And we continue working to return all. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible every day — and especially to our defenders who stood strong in captivity. Glory to Ukraine!

ZELENSKYY: We continue to bring people home from Russian captivity. Today, 160 soldiers returned. Almost all of them have been in captivity since 2022. More than 9,500 Ukrainians already returned since start of full-scale war. This year 1,596 of our men and women have come back. We must return every single one, both military personnel and civilians, who remains in Russian captivity. Thank you to the negotiation team and to every unit that continues to replenish the exchange fund for Ukraine.

Today, another 205 of our warriors have returned home from Russian captivity. Our ability to bring our people back is the result of the bravery of our soldiers who skillfully fight and capture the occupiers. We must bring all our people home. I also held a Staff meeting, where one of the key topics was the protection of Ukraine’s skies — particularly, the downing of Shahed drones, including with the use of other drones. This is one of the most advanced technologies in modern warfare. The coming weeks are expected to be very active for Ukraine in diplomacy. We are planning new measures to increase pressure on Russia—to protect our people. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine.

"We are home," every Ukrainian who returns from Russian captivity says. We make every effort to have more of these words spoken. It is critical to bring our people home. I thank our international partners who are assisting us with this and our team that works on prisoner swaps.
