Working on a “Hand-Off to Mac” way to load the chats from the Codex Remote Control for iOS app to the Codex App Codex app-server doesn’t quite support a live update So I decided to find a workaround A button that forces the closing of the Codex App and reopening it in the chat created from iPhone Would you use this button?

Shipping my personal site today.. built with a combination of Claude Code, Codex, and Figma MCP! I'm rolling it out with small bits around how we shipped UI3. More to come in the following weeks!

We have work to do as we move to a more open developer ecosystem. Today we shipped an XBOX Godot sample to GitHub, giving developers a simple starting point for building games with the GDK and other title services.

One of the top pieces of feedback we get about OpenAI Codex: “make it faster”. We addressed it in a big way with our ultra fast Codex-Spark model (research preview for Pro). Available in the latest Codex app, CLI, and IDE extension. Here’s Spark vs 5.3-Codex-Low side-by-side (Credit Romain Huet for the initial idea).

Agent Handoff: watch a task move through four agents while the handoff log fills in below. the pulse on the working agent is plain css. the card updates a lot during a run, and putting that pulse in motion kept restarting it mid-loop.

Codex now has more of the iOS app development loop built directly inside the app. The Build iOS Apps plugin lets Codex view and test an iOS app in the in-app browser, open SwiftUI previews, and hot reload edits without forcing the developer to leave Codex.

Here in Bath, it's always been between me and the Conservatives. Today, vote Liberal Democrats to ensure we see the back of Conservative chaos, and elect a hardworking local MP with a track record of delivering for you🔶👇

I just got Codex to reverse engineer the Control+M speech-to-text mode in the Codex app and build a Mac app that lets you run it anywhere. The demo is me making this tweet right now.

2 quality-of-life improvements for developers working with Codex today: Codex background agents now have stable pixel identicons. When the same agent shows up across tabs, mentions, transcripts, and the thread panel, it’s easier to recognize at a glance.

Shared threads in Codex and ChatGPT Work let you show the process behind your build with a read-only link, giving others the context and reasoning behind a pull request, deep dive, or project handoff.

Throwback to the simpler times of the early 90s. I felt nostalgic about the old internet and created a personal website with the Macintosh Classic vibe in Framer. Details in the thread ↓
