How do you view investments? For example I’m an investor in hundreds of startups, and occasionally they will have product launches or announce funding or just general information I would like to share. Do you envision that requiring disclosure as well? Would an “investor” tag instead of “paid partnership” type of tag be a potential idea? I understand I’m in the minority here.

We are currently focused on pay-per-post promotions that have run rampant recently. In many cases, investor disclosures are often communicated in the language of the post.

What about those who get indirect funding from pharma like most of the US government and @PeterHotez ?

Will there be any enforcement action from X for people who continue to post undisclosed promotions? If so, what will it be?

We currently allow users to report here, but we will soon be adding this in the Reporting flows directly on posts.

Will X investigate? How will you determine whether it's true or not for a given post, and what action(s) will you take if you can confirm that it is? Will X ever ban or otherwise punish a user just based on reports, without investigating and directly confirming yourselves that it is indeed a paid promo?

as it stands now i can report a post as an undisclosed paid partnership and the account i report gets locked seems like you can't post about a stock or a crypto ticker at all now because you are running the risk of reports and action against your acount
