I love playing with Spark myself, but even more, I’ve loved seeing what you're building.

okay GitHub Spark, build me a billion-dollar company with no mistakes, no bugs, just pure genius. It should launch itself, go viral instantly, print $100K a day in passive income, and somehow disrupt at least three industries before i finish my coffee. I want it to be minimalist but powerful, fun but enterprise grade, cute but terrifyingly efficient.oh, and make sure it runs on zero budget, scales infinitely, and wins a tech award by tomorrow.

This tech would’ve wowed me 12 months ago. 🚦 Today, what I really need are agentic systems that deliver real task completion, not just mini apps for postcards & flashcards. Time to move beyond “demo magic” to true productivity.

Microsoft: Here is an app where you can use an AI to build anything you want. You don't need to be a pro! Also Microsoft: Oh you want to use AI on Azure? You better be a high value company or you can't actually use anything but trivial amount of AI compute.

looks great, but so does every other MSFT app idea when it's released. It will be buggy, 100%. Stop shipping half-baked AI stuff. Dedicate yourselves to building a standalone product with a purpose, support it internally. Then allow the community to give feedback. After all that --- then make a product announcement video.

Can we make a copy of github spark using github spark? This should be a benchmark test of any vibe coding tool, if not then not good enough

Another Microsoft copycat, with no real innovation. You clearly didn't read my posts on the direction this type of tooling should be heading, and you created a play toy that's a copy of what every other unimaginative company is doing. What's more frustrating is that you are making some of the same mistakes that Microsoft constantly made with dev tools in the early 2000s. It's Deja vu. Maybe you laid off all the folks who were around back then and so you lost the institutional knowledge? Or maybe Microsoft is just a company that thrives on low-risk, competitor knock offs that promote vendor lock-in. Call me when you're ready to get serious.

We just witnessed the last generation of developers who will write code line by line The future isn't learning syntax - it's learning to think in systems and communicate intent Programming just became a conversation

They went right for Lovable and Bolt’s jugular. Will have to try it out. Although copilot refused to use the Anus repo when it was built so I don’t know.

Soon, everyone will be able to build software as easily as they send a Tweet. This is what true empowerment looks like—making human creativity scale. Wonder what happens when most new apps are written by AI, for humans, in real time?

I think it will be usefull for static websites, like the ones for restaurants and small Shops, but for anything else it us just to risky to deploy something that you do not understand

It might really be over for traditional CS grads. The game is changing faster than ever. Building apps used to need teams. Now? One person. One prompt. One tool. Done. Tools like GitHub Spark and Copilot are turning natural language into full-stack apps - real React components, actual databases, and instant deployment. Every week a new tool drops. Every week devs have to catch up. Even the best AI-codegen startups are facing serious heat now. Why? Because Microsoft isn’t playing around - they’ve got the brand, the distribution, and the firepower. Copilot is now deeply embedded in VS Code, taking back users from Cursor and others. This is the year of vibe coding. If you’re not building vibe coding tools or coding with vibes, you don’t exist. - but i not agree - this is just report by others Good news - it can supercharge productivity. Bad news - it might replace tons of low-skill or junior coding jobs. The market is now oversaturated with tools that let you generate spaghetti code with one click. The bar just got higher. People are wondering: Will AI displace coders or just make them 10x more efficient? Truth is: depends on what kind of coder you are. If you're still doing manual CRUD apps in 2025, you're in trouble. But if you're creative, strategic, building AI-native tools, or pushing boundaries - you're early. And yeah, Microsoft making GitHub Spark Pro+ only? Bit greedy for a trillion-dollar company. But it shows how valuable these tools are becoming. Now we wait for Meta. You know they’ll drop some open-source AI fire soon.

A major leap forward in abstracting away complexity. This accelerates the "idea-to-product" timeline to near-zero. The critical question for operators now becomes: When anyone can generate an app in seconds, how do you build a durable business and defensible moat around it?
