WEEKEND IN KITCHEN. Was in the kitchen all day yesterday, with the kids helping at times. We made homemade chicken stock to freeze in quarts. Canned both apple butter and apple jam, 2 different kinds of cinnamon bread, and chicken hearty stew. Thinking of baking more today.

I've been around farms, chickens, and livestock for 62 years, and today was a first, I watched a rooster swim. Not paddle, not panic.. swim. Well, I guess that finally answers the age old question, why did the chicken cross the water? Simple... there must've been hens on the other side. 🐔

Tyson chicken nuggets have the texture of a sponge. It’s even squishy like a sponge It looks fake, because it kinda is Tyson markers their chicken nuggets as “100% white meat chicken,” but it’s not true. It’s marketing What’s really in these chicken nuggets is: Processed chicken nuggets with mechanically separated chicken mixed with - Water injected to increase weight and juiciness - Binders and fillers like wheat flour, starches, soy protein isolates, textured vegetable protein or sodium phosphates - Breading and seasoning It’s not with “100% white meat chicken,” but more of a restructured meat paste The chicken is heavily engineered for cost and consistency Our food is a science experiment. We were never meant to eat food like this Make America Healthy Again

Prompt: Create a 10-second ultra-realistic cinematic food commercial featuring KFC-style crispy fried chicken. 0–3 sec: Extreme close-up of freshly fried golden-brown chicken pieces being lifted from a crispy pile. Tiny crunchy crumbs fall naturally in slow motion while hot steam gently rises from the chicken. Dramatic warm lighting highlights the crispy texture. 3–6 sec: The camera smoothly moves around the chicken as one piece is slowly broken open, revealing juicy, tender, steaming meat inside. Capture the satisfying crunch and detailed crispy coating in macro close-up. 6–8 sec: Transition to a premium red-and-white fast-food box filled with crispy fried chicken pieces, with a few crumbs scattered around. The camera performs a smooth cinematic push-in. 8–10 sec: Final hero shot of the chicken with dramatic golden lighting, subtle steam, soft background bokeh, and an irresistible appetizing look. End with a slow-motion close-up of one crispy piece. Style: photorealistic, cinematic food advertisement, ultra-detailed crispy texture, realistic steam, natural food movement, shallow depth of field, smooth camera motion, warm restaurant lighting, 4K, high-end commercial production, no people, no distorted food, no text, no watermark.
