Today young Moon is practicing his sits with distractions! Even though sit is a really basic thing to do, there's construction noises and machinery he can see from the deck, a strange bird in the tree, and I'm doing circles around the human. All that makes it really hard...

🐾❤️It's Moon's final day with us. Tonight he goes back to the Service Dog program where he'll have many other adventures. Today he's working on staying in place while the human leaves him and goes and opens the door. This will help him learn to be calm and not try to go exploring when a door opens, and that when he's in place, he can move around or change positions, but can't leave the mat. He makes mistakes because he's learning, but with a few more repetitions, he'll understand. We didn't teach him a whole bunch of new skills while he was here, but what we've taught him is his marker sounds (clicks, yes and good) and his release word so he understands when he's done the thing he was supposed to, when he should keep doing it, and when he's free to go. This is the foundation that will make learning other skills easy. We've also helped him learn to settle calmly when asked and play when appropriate, and we've introduced him to lots of sites and sounds. He's a delightful pup. We're taking a short break from puppies to get stuff caught up around the house, get some appointments done and other human business. But I'm sure we'll have more puppy chaos in the near future. And I can always visit Moon and the others when we go to teach classes! #PuppyTraining #FutureScholar Video description for inclusivity: Moon, a lab puppy lays on a mat. His trainer reinforces staying on the mat with the word good and a treat, then leaves him to open a door. She returns and rewards him then goes back towards the door. She corrects him with a gentle "no" then asks him to "place" and he returns to the mat. He stays there at she returns to the door, opens the screen door, closes it and returns to him. He's rewarded once more and stays on the mat. She then gives the release word and tosses a cookie for him to chase.

Jason Day was asked ahead of The Masters whether he has any empathy for what Tiger Woods is going through and he gave a brilliant answer that a lot of people can probably agree with: “So yeah, in regards to Tiger, it just shows the human element and the human side of someone that is struggling with some sort of an addiction. He's not immune to it just because he can hit a golf ball really well. He's had 25 to 30 something surgeries, and when you're going through that many procedures, it's painful coming out of those procedures. I've had procedures done and I typically try and stay away from all that stuff because I just know that -- painkillers, there can potentially be a downfall to it. “Granted, when I look at that, I look at it and go, he's just a human being like everyone else and we have struggles. It's unfortunate, the only thing that I don't understand is that it's a little bit selfish of him to drive and put other people in harm's way, as well. “But when you're the player that he was and how strong-willed he is, he thinks he can do almost anything, and that's probably why he's probably driving and a little bit under the influence. “He was my hero -- he's my hero. He was my hero growing up. The reason why I play golf is because of this tournament and Tiger. It's hard to see him go through what he's going through, and especially under the microscope that -- it must be hard to be who he is and have everything, everyone look on, kind of down on him. “Some people want him to fail. Some people obviously want him to succeed. It's really difficult for me to go through that and watch him, and I know that he's getting the help now, which is good. I'm just hoping he comes out on the other side and is better.” Well said. Jason Day The Masters

Dale Earnhardt Jr. said he asked Cleetus McFarland "if he got dizzy spinning in circles" after the O'Reilly race, but spoke highly of Cleetus and how he's a great guy who is in NASCAR for the right reasons. "I feel like I've gotten to talk to him when the cameras are off, and he is such a great guy. And he truly just wants to come in here - he doesn't want to be the story for all the wrong reasons. He wants to come in, run his race, learn, get out of here without ruffling any feathers. He knows he's got a long way to go before he can really find the speed to perform. "... He's fun to have around. I've seen him and listened to him and watched him speak when the cameras aren't on, and he's in it for the right reasons. And he just wants to come in and be embraced and have a good time and enjoy himself. I appreciate that about him." Dale also mentioned he believes Cleetus is with the right people at RCR to help him develop as a race car driver.

Tom Holland jokes he wanted to hit Robert Pattinson because of how good he was when they were shooting the "daddy" scene in The Odyssey: "He's a good pal of mine, and he is such a treat to work with because he's so good and he really keeps you on your toes as an actor. You can never coast when you're working with Rob. Everything is gonna challenge you. He's gonna make big choices and, you know, acting is listening. You have to be able to react to him. And I do remember in that scene when he's talking to me, having this feeling inside of like, 'I wanna hit him so fucking bad.' But he's great and I love him. He's excellent in this film and I feel like he's probably the only person that could have found that version of Antinous. He really has a unique way about him."

Jaylen Brown really gushed when asked by Jay King about Anfernee Simons being traded: “Anfernee has all the respect in the world from me — it's a business, but there's a human aspect to it. And since he's been here, he's contributed to winning. He's won us some games. He's just a great, great person, great kid on and off the floor, just humble lik — I hope he gets everything that he's looking for just because he just fit right in with his group of guys in our locker room. He could have had different thoughts and thought differently, and his energy could have been different.” “Man, he was a great teammate and did everything he needed to do that we asked him and more and contributed to winning. So Anfernee has all the respect in the world from me, and I hope he gets everything he deserves.”

🗣️ Mikel Arteta on Christos Tzolis: "I'm very pleased with him. First of all, the way he has adapted to the club, to the team. The connection he's already generated with the boys. "I think you're going to love the player. He's a very direct player. He's got the ball between the eyes. I think really good at linking up. He has a lot of similarities with Leo in a lot of the things that he can do and the spaces he can occupy. "And then the work ethic that he has. He's a boy that comes with so much hunger as well and wants to prove it. It's a dream for him and we are here to help him."

Jalen on KAT: "The narrative was placed on him by the outside world. You never really know a person until obviously you meet them face to face and you see what he says and what his actions are. And being the teammate that he is and seeing his sacrifices and seeing what he's done his entire career puts him in a position to become a hall of famer. And honestly I wouldn't trade that for the world. And the things that he's done has been extraordinary and not really sure how he's going to respond to me saying all these nice things about him but he's one hell of a basketball player but he's honestly a better teammate"

David Beckham reveals what most people don't see about Lionel Messi "He is more than just natural talent" "The one thing that Leo is good at is teaching. He's good at teaching the young players that are coming in from the academy." "He arrived at about 6:50am and the team wasn't training till 10am... He's in the gym, he's warming up... he’s doing all of the things that you expect a young kid to do." "If I had to describe him with one word, he's a winner. It's as simple as that." "He's still hungry for championships. He still gets angry at players for not doing the right thing. He still gets angry when he loses games."

🇦🇺 Cam Smith on current Open leader Lucas Herbert QUESTION: Just back on Herbert, what growth have you seen in him the last couple years to the point where he's at in his career? He's in the sweet spot of his professional life at the moment. SMITH: Yeah, just he works hard. He keeps wanting to get better. He was already good when he come and joined the Rippers a couple years ago, and you've seen him go from strength to strength. I feel like the team environment has really helped him, and he's asked questions. Now I think he's learned everything he needs to learn, and he's taking advantage of it and playing really good golf. And he's so confident at the moment. Like once he gets going, like this morning I'm sure he's just hitting it in there to three and four feet on every hole and making putts. Like once he gets his irons going, it's pretty cool to watch. #TheOpen | Ripper GC

Jared Bednar was asked if Cale Makar is cleared to play. "He's been in the gym strengthening and testing it on the ice. Cale's the only person that knows when he's good enough to play. That's why it's his decision." "You've got to get to a level of being comfortable with what you're dealing with and the pain tolerance, and depending on what he's dealing with he will tell us when he's ready to play."

She's 4'11 and he's 5'10 and she said he's close to her height 😎😄😆😆 Short women be doing a lot. Glad she made him get his balloon back because he really was into her. When she asked if he's paying for the flight and he said "Something has to be going on" we know what he means, yes ? 😏😎

Traveling with a service dog is very different from traveling with a pet. He's a working boy and he's committed to his job until you say he's done and can relax. I love how he stays so alert and is ready to assist, no matter what. He really is the best boy! 🥰
