Today’s bread = chemical sandwich: ❌ Enriched flour (stripped + fake vitamins) ❌ HFCS / sugar (yes, even in “whole wheat”) ❌ Industrial oils (soybean, canola) ❌ Azodicarbonamide (yoga mat chemical) ❌ Calcium propionate (mold blocker) ❌ Emulsifiers (fake softness)
