I can see why bread companies would find a solution for this. Any packaged loaf that gets slightly smashed most likely doesn't sell. Too bad the cost of this is on the consumer's health. Can only imagine how horrible whatever they put in that bread is for you.

We bought a couple packs of Sara Lee Artisan roll for Thanksgiving. They got “lost” and after New Years we found them. No mold. Not hard. Smelled fine. Never buying those again.

Whenever I see a loaf of bread start to mold after a few days I dont even get mad. I just think, "okay its legit" 🤣😂
