Exactly what did Murphy say ICE was saying or doing to terrorize? Or is this another vague accusation "they're terrorizing" to scare people into thinking "it's so bad it must be true or he wouldn't say it would he?"

Hey @DanaBashCNN You needed Murphy’s line. “ICE waited at bus stops to terrorize little kids” was too useful to slow down for names, dates, or ICE’s denial. Homan said he wasn’t even aware of the incident. That’s not journalism. That’s running the quote because it works in your editoial view. Fraud.
