TOM LEE: SENTIMENT IS ROCK BOTTOM Tom Lee says crypto sentiment is about as bad as it gets right now. $ETH is down ~40% in just the last 10 days. But he’s seen this before, the same “is crypto even viable?” talk showed up after FTX in Nov 2022.... show more

TOM LEE SAYS CRYPTO SPRING IS HERE. Ethereum has been trapped in the same range for nearly 5 years. Tom says the breakout resolves higher because the catalyst stack is now lining up: 🔹 Iran war ends 🔹 Oil risk premium collapses 🔹 CLARITY Act passes 🔹 Pro crypto White House 🔹 Pro Bitcoin Fed Chair Kevin Warsh The key point is oil. Tom says Ethereum now has its strongest inverse correlation to oil in history. Higher oil keeps inflation hot. Hot inflation keeps central banks tight. Lower oil removes the pressure. Then crypto gets regulation, liquidity and macro relief at the same time. That is why Tom Lee believes the next move is a bullish breakout. $ETH $BMNR

What does Tom Lee know about #Ethereum that the rest of crypto doesn’t? 👀 Who really is this guy? Because he might be making one of the biggest bets in financial history. Why is he willing to make a $10+ billion bet on Ethereum? 🤔👇🏼

The amount of ‘it's over for crypto’ posts I see is at ATH. You’d think ETH is going to $0 by the amount of bulls who have given up on it in the last two weeks. Everyone giving up, like every cycle bottom before, but more than ever. All because of a lagging business cycle. Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com is doing the opposite, accumulating ethereum:native while everyone exits. Contrarian, which is exactly my view on crypto right now.

AI may be stealing crypto’s attention today, but Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com sees it making crypto more important over time. “The stronger AI gets, it doesn't make crypto less relevant.” “In fact, the more AI evolves, the more important crypto is.” “Crypto is clearly a downstream story to AI.” “From a timing perspective… earlier this year, no one cared about owning anything else. But now that’s changing.”

Crypto sentiment is at its worst level since the FTX collapse; the RSI is at an all-time low, Google searches are down, and the fear and greed index is screaming danger, so I sat down with my friend Tom Lee (Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com), Fundstrat's (Fundstrat Capital) chief strategist and Bitmain's CEO, to get his honest take on where Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the entire crypto market go from here. If you're sitting on unrealized losses right now and wondering whether to hold or fold, this is the conversation you need to hear. Watch/Listen on X, YouTube, and Spotify. John Gillen: Tom Lee posted something this weekend that barely got attention - and it should have. The inverse correlation between Ethereum and oil prices has never been this high in history. As oil goes up, $ETH goes down, moving in near lockstep. "It's not that capital is not going to other places. One of the other places it seems like it would have been going would be to crypto digital assets, Ethereum." It's a tug of war over capital - and right now, the energy crisis is winning. FT John Gillen - WartimeEthereum.eth LG DOUCET.

CRYPTO DIDN’T BREAK -- MARKET MAKERS DID. Tom Lee says the real reason $BTC and $ETH have been bleeding since Oct 10 is the massive liquidation shock that crippled market makers. A stablecoin mispricing triggered ADL across exchanges, wiped out nearly 2M accounts, and left market makers short on capital -- shrinking liquidity ever since. When liquidity dries up, every dip feels worse than it really is. In 2022 it took 8 weeks to flush out. We’re 6 weeks in now. This isn’t a “new bear market”. It’s the lag effect of a huge liquidation event unwinding in slow motion. When liquidity normalizes, crypto usually snaps back fast. 💯

Tom Lee says that thanks to the tokenization of everything, $ETH can easily reach $7K–$9K in early 2026, and over the long run, as it becomes competitive in payments, even $20K. As for $BTC, he expects it to break above $200K in 2026. Nothing new — Tom Lee has always been bullish. This time, though, the macro is backing him.

In my opinion, it’s a great time to add $ETH. Ethereum will go parabolic. And when it does, That’s a green light for our altcoins. Sentiment is crushed. Trillions on the sidelines waiting for Clarity. Timing is lining up. Trump. BlackRock. Banks. Governments. Institutions. All openly building a blockchain-based financial system. It’s only a matter of time before crypto does what it always does next. Crypto doesn’t need your belief to take over. But they need you to sell. I usually do the opposite of what the masses are doing. That’s how I bought every bottom and sold every top over the last 10 years. If you still haven’t followed me, you’ll regret it.

Gold is up around 70% in last year and crypto has done nothing. And somehow this is the most bullish chart we've seen since last cycle. Not because anyone is being blindly bullish. But because we've seen this exact thing play out before, and we just have to look back at what it leads to. Last cycle...QT drains $673B. Fed pivots. Gold runs to ATHs while Bitcoin does nothing. Everyone thought it's gameover for crypto. Then crypto explodes out of no where. Well now, we just finished a $2.43 TRILLION drain. The largest ever. Gold isn't leaving Bitcoin behind, but it is creating the setup for a bitcoin and crypto bull move. One that we've seen before. Intro 00:00 This happened before 1:20 The tariff playbook 2:10 Liquidity injections 4:25 Gold vs. crypto 6:15

TOM LEE: ETH COULD HIT $60,000 Ethereum is coming out of a massive multi-year consolidation. The last 2 times that happened, ETH went 227x and 54x. This time the drivers are even bigger: 🔹 Stablecoins 🔹 Tokenization 🔹 Agentic AI 🔹 On-chain equities Even JAMIE DIMON now admits crypto is better than the current financial system. LEE says ETH is better positioned today than it was in 2021. At $250K BTC, 25% of Bitcoin implies ~$62,000 ETH. That’s why he sees $60,000 by 2028–2029. ethereum:native

Sentiment Says Crypto Is Finished. The Data Says the Opposite. Everyone is staring at the short-term fear. Almost nobody is connecting the macro. For weeks now, the loudest charts on the timeline have been calling for a major top. Bearish divergence here. Sentiment oscillator there. “Cycle’s over.” “Bull run done.” But under the surface… something completely different is happening. • PMI is bottoming after record-breaking contraction • Business cycle expansion is next • QT ends in days...only the second time in history • Liquidity pressures are about to disappear • Crypto has quietly been in a multi-year bear market already
