Here’s a few hitting tips from Ken Griffey Jr when he made an appearance on MLB Network. Ted Williams used to wait on his pitch and Ken Griffey Jr. is the best example of hitting "his pitch" marked by his trademark swing thru the ball to wherever the pitcher made the mistake. We never really knew if it was Griffey Jr.'s core development or his hands quite similar to how Pete Rose swatted at "his pitch."
