Why make it seem like the pilots did something wrong. They acted accordingly. Great call on the go around! Stop chasing the likes.

I don’t fly the G7500 but bizjets in general do not “slow down and come down” simultaneously. Most engines have an in-flight idle that is up-compensated (for response time) and if ATC leaves you high and fast- a stabilized approach is hard to make. Good call to G/A.
