There should be a law that if the person gets in the car it has to be released. Because all this stuff doesn’t end well ever. Either the property is damaged to nearly totaled or someone gets injured from a fight or a shooting. The money or property “gained” doesn’t out weigh the value of human life and or not damaged property

Repo drivers should be authorized to use non-lethal and lethal measures. People are dumb as hell sometimes… 1 day past due is technically past due and can be repossessed. Most prime banks wait until 90 days but that isn’t a hard and fast rule, so just pay your bills or call the company and figure out a plan before it gets to losing the vehicle that ya use to get to work, groceries, and more.
