Tragic video captures passengers boarding their plane before it crashed while attempting to land at Barcelos Airport in Amazonas, Brazil.

All two pilots and twelve passengers were killed in the accident on Saturday when the Embraer EMB-110P1 Bandeirante tried to land at Barcelos Airport in heavy rain and bad weather conditions.

The governor of Amazonas, Wilson Lima, said that all passengers were Brazilian tourists who practiced sport fishing . They would go fishing in the Rio Negro. Two aircraft that were going to land at Barcelos before the flight that crashed canceled their landing for safety reasons.

I am sorry for the lives lost, it is always a tragedy. The rear fuselage seems so preserved that I would have hoped there were survivors… May they rest in peace.

How nobody survived? Structural damage doesn't seem much.

But the aircraft is intact and there is no fire then how 12 on board perished ? 2 pilots may be the worst sufferers due to impact with the trees being up front but how all others ?

Seems a bit maxed out

most of the men appear to weigh twice the assumed passenger weight of 150 pounds per person. The plane was overloaded and probably unbalanced. Similar crash due to overweight passengers occurred in raleigh circa 2002.
