apart from pulling the break, which she does in every video, there is absolutely nothing she can do. it's a tram that runs on rails, its not like she can go around the car

They are Calm because you know the weight difference will ensure you are ok. All of your vids show how they applied the breaks but the amount of mass on a Tram means it takes a few seconds for it to stop fully. Not much they can do about that.
