The discussion encompassed various topics from placements and women empowerment to environmental challenges in coal mining. I shared how progressive reforms under the Narendra Modi government including New Labour Reforms have opened opportunities for women in mines which was accepted by the Labour Ministry on my request, highlighted the all-women-operated Begumpet station in Telangana, scientific closure of 143 mines setting a global record, and the Jharia rehabilitation initiative aimed at ensuring dignified living for affected families. Encouraged students to venture into startups in mine exploration and technology, strengthening self-reliance in the sector.
