I was here in January even though the builders does not allow entry but looking around was very unique building and I heard it is around 170m for 4 bedroom duplex and 2 extra rooms( boyz quarters). Nice one.

Baba I bought an acre of land at papalanto 360 metres away from fumilayo Ransome kuti train station at 1.7million naira and your government took it from me and others that they wanna build a dry port. And gave me 36,000 as compensation. This is not fair. Help us. It's not easy.

We have completed 16 out of 22 road projects initiated in Ijebu-Ode since 2019, including the newly commissioned Awokoya Road and Igbeba–Yidi Lane. These projects were prioritized to address severe flooding, erosion, and loss of lives, especially along Yidi Road. Our visit to Ijebu-Ode shortly after taking office helped us assess the urgent needs, and we are proud to be delivering on our promises. We have substantially completed the reconstruction of Tam Balogun Road in Ijebu-Ode, with all major asphalt works now finished under our administration’s ongoing drive to strengthen road infrastructure across Ogun State. The project is currently at about 98% completion, with only lane markings left to be carried out. With both the binder and final wearing courses in place, the road is fully motorable and already improving movement, safety, and travel time for residents and road users. After our meeting with the Mayor of Rizhao, we visited the fully automated Rizhao Sea Port to observe its efficiency and modern operations. The visit gave us valuable insights into what is achievable with advanced technology and strategic planning in port management. As part of the Renewed Hope Cutting Resurgence Initiative of our indefatigable President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, we are proud to share a transformational development that will soon take place in our dear State. In the next 60 days, we will be privileged to host Mr. President here in Ogun State for the groundbreaking ceremony of what will become the largest cotton processing plant in the world, to be sited in Ogun State. This landmark project, a Public-Private Partnership, is designed to process 100 tons of cotton per hour, translating to over 1,000 tons per workday. From raw cotton to finished garments, this facility is projected to produce over 4 million garments daily. This $2.5 billion investment will directly employ 250,000 Nigerians and create countless indirect jobs across the cotton farming value chain through off-take agreements already signed with farmers in Ogun State and across the country. This initiative is not just about industrial growth—it is about economic empowerment, national pride, and the repositioning of Nigeria as the number one cotton and garment hub, not just in Africa, but globally. We are currently undertaking the reconstruction of the Imodi–Imosan Road in Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun East Senatorial District as part of our sustained efforts to expand quality infrastructure and improve connectivity across Ogun State. This important road serves several communities, and its rehabilitation is aimed at restoring safe, smooth, and reliable access for residents and commuters who depend on it daily. For a long time, the poor condition of this corridor limited movement, increased travel time, and created difficulties for residents and commuters. The ongoing works, being executed to durable engineering standards, will ease transportation, improve safety, stimulate local activities, and enhance the overall quality of life in the area.
