Try to do railway like light train that will connect Lagos and Ogun state so there can be easy move for someone working lagos to get to ogun state in one hour or less. That will make it easier to work in by day and sleep in Ogun state by night.

Today is the 72nd visit of Telangana CM Revanth Reddy to Delhi! As per sources, one of the top priorities is to escalate the SBI issue. What is the SBI issue? - In 2010, the then Congress government allotted land to State Bank of India (SBI) for Rs 13.33 crore to construct its corporate headquarters. - The 5.09-acre plot located at Survey No. 83/1, Raidurg was considered far off from the city. Now the city moved and the property is prime real estate now. - The Telangana Government TGIIC auctioned these five acres of land in Raidurg on May 28 bringing Rs.237 crore per acre. - SBI then filed two writ petitions for the government selling off their land. The High Court of Telangana pronounced a three week stay on the land and in fact came down heavily on the government for behaving like a “real estate agency”. - The SBI says it couldn’t construct its headquarters because - first the state bifurcation, then the SBI & SBH merger, and after that Covid stopped them from making any permanent plans. There is a branch of SBI at this location. - But without information, notice or even consulting the SBI, Revanth Reddy’s government auctioned off the land to Gowra Ventures. - Anyway! While the matter is still pending in the High Court, the government is trying to arm twist a public sector bank- The SBI! - Remember how CM Revanth Reddy threatened L&T Metro MD on national TV? Eventually L&T moved out of the Hyderabad Metro project. The government took their lands (may be with an intention to auction them). Metro Second phase is now in the air. We are making public criminal cases relating to two separate real estate developers who were involved in misappropriating millions of state funds intended to combat homelessness. This morning, federal agents arrested Cody Holmes, a 31-year-old Beverly Hills resident and the former CFO of Shangri-La Industries, a downtown LA-based developer of affordable housing housing for defrauding the Homekey program that is administered by the state of California. The program awarded grant money, which included federal tax dollars, for specific projects to convert motels into housing for the homeless and to operate the units. By April of 2022, Shangri-La Industries, where Holmes was the CFO, had co-applied with multiple California cities to convert numerous properties in California, including a location in Thousand Oaks. The state asked for proof that the company had the financial capacity to build all the projects. In response, Holmes and Shangri-La knowingly submitted fake bank statements, which claimed to show that developer had about $160 million on deposit. Not only were the bank statements fake, our investigation shows that Shangri-La and its affiliates had nowhere near the amount of money they claimed they had in the bank statements.”

I have had the privilege of heading this tripartite department, which focuses not only on law but also on RTI and human rights. A few months ago, we had a very successful all-India-level meeting at the Vigyan Bhawan, where we tried to bring people from all corners of India. Carrying forward from there: 👉 The first facet we discussed today, in line with Shri Rahul Gandhi's great initiative to revitalise district units, is that we are now making, reconstituting, operationalising, identifying, and listing for each administrative district of India a team of at least 5 senior persons from these three subjects. They will be our eyes and ears on the ground, including coordinators, actors, and movers. And this will be put together in a final list for all of India after being addressed for each district and will be done by the state chairman in consultation with us, and where there are no state chairpersons, through the nominees at the central level. 👉 The second facet we discussed is the operationalising of a Rapid Response Force, the RRF, at the state level, having a minimum of 5 senior people who can take up cudgels on behalf of the Congress party in legal matters in the court - to argue, seek relief and get things moving inside the court. We have given it a 4-6 week timeline. 👉 The third facet is the building of a directory an all-India directory, searchable both by state as well as by alphabetical name across all these categories of all those involved in our department. Again, we have given this a 4-6 week timeline. 👉 The fifth and the last important facet is to try and involve youngsters, possibly between the ages 21 and 30, who want to be associated with the Congress and legal professionals - including RTI and human rights professionals. They will be tied up in an internship programme with our 127 MPs in the first phase on the said three subjects with the Congress approach, with the Congress ecosystem. They are not necessarily required to be part of the Congress as of now. If this works well, then we will also expand it to each MLA in each assembly-level position. I am thankful to all the people who attended the meeting. We had representatives from across India. Inaugurated the new administrative building of Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) at Aundh, Pune—based on eco-friendly (green building), Super E.C.B.C. and Net Zero concept. It reflects the commitment to clean energy and decarbonisation, meeting every green building benchmark. Congratulated the MEDA team for this exemplary achievement. Over the years, MEDA has shown outstanding performance in the renewable energy sector. Maharashtra now leads the country in solar energy generation, especially through distributed power models. Under the PM-KUSUM scheme, we have installed 5 lakh solar pumps—more than the combined 4 lakh installed in the rest of the country. Maharashtra have set an ambitious target: to meet 100% of agriculture power demand through solar energy by December 2026, bringing significant cost savings. Two core objectives guide our path forward: ✅ The first objective is to solarise all Government offices. In the 1st phase, consumers using up to 100 units of electricity will be brought to solar energy. ✅ The second objective is to prepare a separate scheme for the State similar to the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. BREAKING: Urgent situation as TUSLA / CAMHS “experts” (LGBT activists) block a vulnerable child’s access to education. Martina Burke speaks out. Martina Burke has operated a tuition centre in Castlebar Co. Mayo for over 25 years. In this year’s Leaving Certificate exams 40% of students achieved H1 in Higher Level English, with 63% achieving H3 or above in Maths (HL). In 2021 a mother requested assistance for her son who had no school place. The child thrived academically and behaviourally, excelling in his studies. Professionals advised that the child could not succeed at a mainstream school at the time, and that the education he was receiving from the Burkes was the best for him for the present. TUSLA were carrying out an initial assessment involving the child at the time but excluded Martina Burke from the process. According to TUSLA’s own policy all professionals involved with a parent and child are consulted as part of an initial assessment. The child’s difficulty in securing a school place went to the District Court. TUSLA gave evidence that the child would receive services upon enrolment in mainstream school. These included SNA, OT, speech and language and NEPS. On the basis of this evidence the court directed that the child be enrolled in a mainstream school. None of the promised services were provided. The child has spent the last two years on a school corridor or in an isolation room. Martina Burke wrote to the Principal twice but never received any response. Martina Burke attended a meeting with CAMHS on 14 August. The two doctors present, Dr. Ronan Rice and Dr. Mark Farquhar, led Martina Burke to believe that they knew nothing about the child’s circumstances at school. In reality CAMHS were fully aware of the child’s horrific experiences at mainstream school over the past two years. When TUSLA were asked why they excluded Martina Burke from the initial assessment they said they were “not in a position to comment.” When Martina Burke pressed for answers TUSLA sent the matter to a ‘third party’, an ‘independent complaints officer’ named Mary Hargaden. Far from being independent Ms Hargaden spent 40 years working with HSE/TUSLA. In 2021 her consulting company received a contract from TUSLA for €1.5 million. Martina Burke received over 22 emails and letters from Ms Hargaden but never received an answer as to why she was excluded. In a report issued last month Hargaden stated that TUSLA “appear to have intended” to consult with Martina Burke about the child’s educational progress. They never did however. CAMHS have several inpatient residential units across Ireland. The logo for these units is the LGBT flag which is a promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender ideology. If you wish to foster a child in Ireland TUSLA require that you are willing to affirm LGBT ideology. Christian belief is not tolerated. Following a damning report into CAMHS in 2023 Dr. Maeve Doyle (‘Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist’) said that CAMHS “needed €2 billion.” CAMHS does not need more hundreds of millions. What we need is basic transparency and truth. Martina Burke was led to believe by these so-called professionals that they were unaware of the facts around this tragic situation. This was not true. Second, a lot of technologies and details were demonstrated that I want to highlight separately. UGVs (Unmanned Ground Vehicles) marched in ideal formation. While such technologies (swarming/mass control) have long existed for FPVs, and the Ukrainian technology from Swormer is unique, how did the UGVs march in formation? I doubt such technology exists for them yet, because the video featured all the key UGVs, and they are all different. Unifying them into a single, shared swarm control system - I would be very surprised if someone managed to do that at the software level. The Rys, Tarhan, Termit, and Otaman units were all being piloted by individual operators. Different wheels, reduction gears, and even tracks - this isn’t like training a 200-person parade block. That was high-level simultaneous maneuvering! USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles)—SeaBaby, Magura, and Sargan. In all configurations: kamikaze, reconnaissance, air defense, and remote FPV launching. No comparable arsenal exists anywhere in the world! An FPV swarm flying in a uniform grid doesn’t surprise anyone anymore, but how about footage of launching interceptor drones from a Mi-8 helicopter? Six launches from a pickup truck? Or the PD-2 drone, which was a reconnaissance drone but was also launching interceptors? This right here showed why our Shahed interception rate is so high. No one else in the world has this kind of versatility either! We still have a vast array of technologies and capabilities that we can show the world. We didn’t show missiles and many other things. But the robotics across all three domains - we showed that. And this isn't just some presentation - these are all combat-proven units that have gone through the full development cycle and long demonstrated their effectiveness in battle! And while not all the people were shown, many people stand behind every single one of these missions. On Ukraine's 35th Independence Day, ground robotic complexes paraded down Kyiv's central street, interceptor drones and aircraft paraded Ukrainian skies and unmanned sea drones paraded Ukrainian waters! This looks beautiful but it's also an example of Ukraine's technology advances. When Boston Construction Starts Cracking The Cycle Is Already Late I’m in the Boston area and I keep hearing the same thing from people working directly in construction. Work is slowing, layoffs are beginning, and the pipeline ahead looks noticeably weaker. One person with a very good view of upcoming projects told me conditions are already becoming recessionary. That is anecdotal, but it lines up with the broader data. Boston’s office and lab markets remain heavily oversupplied, many completed buildings are struggling to find tenants, and the pipeline for new construction is deteriorating.
