Any religion that has to scare you into belief is a fraud.

I did this shit when I was a youth pastor. In the middle of my sermon about how Jesus could come back at any time, I had someone hit the lights & blow a trumpet while I stepped off the stage in the dark. Then the pastor came up to give an intense altar call. Christian douchery.

Mine too after they made me watch some movie clearly meant for adults that was about the rapture (when I was 5). Everytime I couldn’t find my mom and dad I thought they were raptured leading to panic attacks. this has led to my anxiety issues later in life

That is when I stopped being a Christian. Any God that would do that does not get my love.

Ever freak out when you couldn't find anyone else around at home thinking the rapture happened? Anyone? Just me?
