The Trigun anime was neat because this was chapter 1 in the manga, but episode 5 in the anime. The first 4 episodes have an interesting side story about the girls wondering if he really is Vash the Stampede, which I enjoyed.
I'll always remember how this villain says, "Vash the Stampede" in the English dub
