Trigun Stampede (2023)

It's okay, but I still prefer the OG version.

I refused to watch it. I loved Trigun dearly. It's hard to put into words really. I was a young teen and the messages at the end of each show spoke directly to my soul. Looking back, they were not that profound, but still, it meant a great deal to me at the time. The character models in this new one look like zoomer women. It's frankly insulting.

It was an interesting adaptation but still doesn't hold a candle to the original, they changed too many things in this storyline plus the fact that they changed the caliber of his gun from a 45 long colt to a .22lr kinda bugs me, as well as how he got the new gun was kinda lame

I watched the entire thing thinking I would hate it an aside from some changes I did not like that much (no stungun milly) I actually liked how it was MUCH more focused on Vash and Knives relationship. The OG is still great, but this adaptation was solid.

I know ppl didn't like this adaptation but I can respect how clean the animation. This is cringe done right imo
