Data pulled from the Georgia 2020 Election and 2 other states on election night showed impossible vote spikes all over 136,000 votes for Biden when the consecutive averages all throughout the night ranged from 2,000 votes to 45,124 votes at the highest in Georgia. Vote Spikes in Georgia at 1:34 am: 136,155 vote spike: 84% for Joe Biden. 18,788 vote spike: 98% for Joe Biden. 13,035 vote spike: 77% for Joe Biden. 9,385 vote spike: 100% for Joe Biden. Vote dumps contained an average of 49% for Biden in Georgia. Vote Spike in Michigan at 5:31 am: 141,258 votes for Biden: 94% 5,968 votes for Trump: 4% These similar spikes happened in Georgia at 1:34 am, and in Wisconsin at 3:42 am. Vote Spike in Wisconsin at 3:42 am: 143,379 votes for Biden: 85% 25,163 votes for Trump: 15% These vote spikes all favored Biden in highly abnormal, unrealistic percentages, some 98% to 100% for Biden, indicating fraud. The Secretary of State would not provide exact time stamped data when requested, which is concerning, considering they tell you that it's the most transparent election. This is called a cover up. Moving on, the ballot totes that contained ballots were all supposed to have red security tamper-proof tags on them. Pictures and witnesses exposed 9 ballot totes without these tags on them. These "totes" or "suitcases" are very similar to the ones that were hidden under the tables at the State Farm Arena incident where ballots were pulled out from tables without security tags on them and counted throughout the night until Joe Biden cleared the margin of victory needed. Were these the 9 unsecure "totes" placed and pulled out from under the tables that were separate from all of the other ballots after they placed under the skirted table and put into position for the steal? Finally, how does this all comes together, with these unsecure totes and with fraudulent ballots? Bernard Talmadge owns a company called the "Operations Group, Ardleigh Group," and possibly, "Block by Block." Bernard Talmadge is a known ballot harvester who has been caught in Indiana, charges were brought against him and people who were for him, but were then dropped, from a corrupt court. Checks were found in 2018 all made out for $75-$80 dollars, made out from the Operations Group, and sometimes, the Ardleigh Group. An investigative reporter from Florida named Tom Lauder who did an investigation, and in interviewing witnesses he found that people who worked for the Operations Group and the Ardleigh Group were paid $15 per hour to produce ballots. They had a quota of 10 per-hour, which works out to 1 every 6 minutes. If your running door-to-door in an apartment complex, there is no possible way to get 1 ballot or registration every 6 mins. So what's really going on here? let's proceed. According to the Federal Election Commission, his company has taken in $9.1 MILLION for "field operations." $9.1 million divided by the $75 and multiply it by 50 votes, that's enough money to produce around 6 MILLION ballots. A spreadsheet shown in this presentation shows all the people who gave this company money, what's fascinating is that 1/3 of the $9 MILLION dollars came from the MAINE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. The Maine Democratic Party didn't even take in $3 million dollars during the 2019-2020 election. The evidence of the checks used to pay people were then sent out for background information and analysis, over 400 of them. What was found and what was interesting is that, of the checks that were provided, 2 checks were exactly the same, but one was from a company called "Dreams Enterprises," and the other check comes from the "Ardleigh Group." The signatures on both the checks are exactly the same, the routing numbers are the same, and the account numbers are the same, which can be seen in the video above. So, what kind of illegal ballot producing money laundering operation do we really have going on here? Then we know that foreign countries interfered in the 2020 election including fraudulent ballots, fake IDs, compromised election machines, with China's hands all over it. This is just another piece of the overall puzzle and steal of the 2020 election.

They are CATASTROHIC breaks in chain of custody and certification. FULTON County Georgia does NOT DISPUTE 315,000 votes lacking poll worker signature verifications. Georgia law requires every DOMINION tabulator to print exactly 3 tapes for the chain of custody at the close of each voting day. All 3 tapes must be witnessed and signed by 3 poll workers, or the reason for refusal must be noted. 1. One signed tape goes on the polling place door 2. The second goes in a sealed envelope with a memory card 3. The third goes in an envelope with a polling place recap form The sign tapes are the soul legal certification that the reported totals are authentic. Fulton County produced ZERO signed tabulator tapes. Every signature block was blank. Identical protective countermeasures were found across several polling places. Dates and times do not match what tapes were filled out at multiple polling stations for ones that were filled out. Duplicated scanner serial numbers where memory devices were moved from one scanner and printed on an alternate scanner. These are not mistakes. These were intentional. The entire 3 part chain of custody was broken. memory units were switched from one computer to another, no logs were filled, no chain of custody, we're not even getting into the heavy election fraud yet and this is only ONE county in one state. Imagine the rest of the country? What could make this even bigger is the fact that there is a problem to where the physical ballots are even located. Did they already destroy the ballots? During a recent meeting one Georgia official asks and is told that the Clerk of Courts has it in their warehouse which has no security, but the worker who asked the question was told before that they are in another location. The 2020 election was stolen. They know it, They know that we know, and we're closing in on them fast.

Swedish-Made Medical Coolers Found at UAE-Backed Rapid Support Forces Militia Sites in Khartoum Deepen Allegations of Organ Harvesting and Link Secret Detention Centres, Mass Graves and Thousands of Missing Civilians The Sudanese army has found Swedish-made medical coolers produced by Dometic Medical Systems in areas of Khartoum recaptured from the UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces militia. The equipment is designed to preserve and transport temperature-sensitive medical and biological materials. The discovery strengthens serious allegations that the militia harvested organs from civilians it killed or detained inside the network of secret prisons it established across Khartoum and Darfur, using specialised cooling equipment to preserve and transport the organs through an organised trafficking network. In a letter dated 12 June 2026, the Sudanese government informed the United Nations Security Council that the Rapid Support Forces militia operated mass detention centres where prisoners were subjected to torture, starvation and killing. The letter also stated that foreign medical personnel had participated in removing organs from detainees at Dagris Prison in Nyala as part of a cross-border organ trafficking network. According to the letter, around 20,000 people were being held at Dagris Prison in Nyala, while hundreds of others, including children, were detained at Shalla Prison in El Fasher. The discovery of medical coolers at militia sites in Khartoum adds a physical dimension to these claims and raises direct questions about the fate of thousands of civilians who disappeared after being detained, the recipients of the organs and the routes used to transport them outside Sudan. The equipment was found amid a wider landscape of secret detention centres, torture rooms, mass graves and bodies discovered inside wells, buildings and other locations abandoned by the militia across Khartoum and Omdurman. In Qari, north of Khartoum, an investigation published by The Guardian documented a detention centre operated by the Rapid Support Forces militia, with hundreds of unmarked graves nearby. Survivors described beatings, torture, starvation and executions. Estimates cited in the investigation indicated that more than 500 people may have died from torture or deprivation of food before being buried around the prison. Images from inside the facility showed bloodstained rooms, iron restraints and areas prepared for the punishment and torture of detainees. Survivors also described repeated killings and the abandonment of sick and wounded prisoners without treatment as hunger and disease spread through overcrowded cells. Photographs and videos of prisoners released from militia detention centres provided further evidence of the conditions inside. Several survivors appeared severely emaciated, with their bodies reduced to skin and bone by starvation, torture and the denial of water and medical care. One of the most widely documented cases was that of businessman and community activist Al-Waleed Abdeen, who emerged from a militia detention centre in Jebel Aulia after losing so much weight that some relatives struggled to recognise him. Images showed his bones protruding beneath his skin after months of detention, torture and starvation. He later died from the consequences of the abuse he had suffered. In Khartoum’s Al-Fayhaa neighbourhood, authorities found the bodies of 11 people, including women and children, inside a deep well after the militia withdrew from the area. Police said the victims had been killed during the Rapid Support Forces militia’s control of the neighbourhood and their bodies thrown into the well in an attempt to conceal the crime. Authorities also announced the discovery of mass graves in the Al-Riyadh district and other parts of Khartoum containing the remains of people killed while the militia controlled the capital. These sites add to the unidentified graves and bodies found inside homes, civilian buildings and former detention facilities. These findings connect thousands of missing civilians whose whereabouts became unknown after their arrest, detainees who died under torture and starvation, mass graves uncovered after the militia’s withdrawal and specialised medical coolers found inside its positions. Together, they strengthen allegations that the militia’s detention system extended from torture, killing and enforced disappearance to the exploitation of victims’ bodies, the removal of their organs and their transfer through an organised criminal network. The allegations are consistent with the broader pattern of crimes committed by the militia since the war began. In El Geneina, the Rapid Support Forces militia and allied forces carried out mass killings, sexual violence, torture, looting, the burning of neighbourhoods and forced displacement, targeting the Masalit and other non-Arab communities in particular. Human rights organisations described the campaign as ethnic cleansing involving war crimes and crimes against humanity. In Al Jazira State, the militia attacked dozens of villages and towns, killed civilians inside homes, markets and roads, committed sexual violence, kidnappings and unlawful detention, looted hospitals, farms and private property, and forced large numbers of residents to flee. In El Fasher, the United Nations Independent International Fact-Finding Mission said the evidence revealed a campaign bearing the hallmarks of genocide. The documented acts included ethnically motivated killings, attacks on non-Arab communities, widespread sexual violence, forced displacement and the deliberate denial of food, water and medical care. International reports also documented field executions, torture, mass killings, the organised abduction of women and girls, gang rape, sexual slavery and attacks on children and civilians attempting to flee the city. In recent weeks, the militia’s attacks on civilians have expanded to markets, schools, water sources, power stations and fuel facilities through the use of drones. The strikes included attacks in El Obeid on markets, service facilities, fuel stations and water points, as well as the market and surrounding residential areas in Al-Rahad Abu Dukhna. A drone also struck the only water well in the Andro area of North Darfur, killing and injuring dozens of civilians who had gathered to obtain water. The medical coolers were found at the centre of a wider record involving secret prisons, survivors reduced to skeletal figures, mass graves, bodies dumped in wells and thousands of civilians who disappeared after detention, alongside official information submitted to the Security Council concerning the harvesting and trafficking of detainees’ organs. The growing body of evidence points to an organised system of killing, torture, starvation and enforced disappearance in areas controlled by the Rapid Support Forces militia. The allegations now extend to the trafficking of victims’ bodies and organs, amid the military, financial and logistical support the militia has continued to receive from the United Arab Emirates. In Khartoum’s Al-Fayhaa neighbourhood, authorities found the bodies of 11 people, including women and children, inside a deep well after the militia withdrew from the area. Police said the victims had been killed during the Rapid Support Forces militia’s control of the neighbourhood and their bodies thrown into the well in an attempt to conceal the crime. Authorities also announced the discovery of mass graves in the Al-Riyadh district and other parts of Khartoum containing the remains of people killed while the militia controlled the capital. These sites add to the unidentified graves and bodies found inside homes, civilian buildings and former detention facilities. These findings connect thousands of missing civilians whose whereabouts became unknown after their arrest, detainees who died under torture and starvation, mass graves uncovered after the militia’s withdrawal and specialised medical coolers found inside its positions. Together, they strengthen allegations that the militia’s detention system extended from torture, killing and enforced disappearance to the exploitation of victims’ bodies, the removal of their organs and their transfer through an organised criminal network. The allegations are consistent with the broader pattern of crimes committed by the militia since the war began. In El Geneina, the Rapid Support Forces militia and allied forces carried out mass killings, sexual violence, torture, looting, the burning of neighbourhoods and forced displacement, targeting the Masalit and other non-Arab communities in particular. Human rights organisations described the campaign as ethnic cleansing involving war crimes and crimes against humanity. In Al Jazira State, the militia attacked dozens of villages and towns, killed civilians inside homes, markets and roads, committed sexual violence, kidnappings and unlawful detention, looted hospitals, farms and private property, and forced large numbers of residents to flee. In El Fasher, the United Nations Independent International Fact-Finding Mission said the evidence revealed a campaign bearing the hallmarks of genocide. The documented acts included ethnically motivated killings, attacks on non-Arab communities, widespread sexual violence, forced displacement and the deliberate denial of food, water and medical care. International reports also documented field executions, torture, mass killings, the organised abduction of women and girls, gang rape, sexual slavery and attacks on children and civilians attempting to flee the city. In recent weeks, the militia’s attacks on civilians have expanded to markets, schools, water sources, power stations and fuel facilities through the use of drones. The strikes included attacks in El Obeid on markets, service facilities, fuel stations and water points, as well as the market and surrounding residential areas in Al-Rahad Abu Dukhna. A drone also struck the only water well in the Andro area of North Darfur, killing and injuring dozens of civilians who had gathered to obtain water. The medical coolers were found at the centre of a wider record involving secret prisons, survivors reduced to skeletal figures, mass graves, bodies dumped in wells and thousands of civilians who disappeared after detention, alongside official information submitted to the Security Council concerning the harvesting and trafficking of detainees’ organs. The growing body of evidence points to an organised system of killing, torture, starvation and enforced disappearance in areas controlled by the Rapid Support Forces militia. The allegations now extend to the trafficking of victims’ bodies and organs, amid the military, financial and logistical support the militia has continued to receive from the United Arab Emirates. [ condition update ] 🐻‍❄ In short of what happen with me is an inflammation on heart muscle from a virus infection which still cant be identified yet. The symptoms I experience are painful breathing, heart racing, tight chest, difficulty breathing, kinda thing. I’m told not to overwork my heart because it could make the inflammation gets worse. That’s basically in short. As for the details, it was 4-5 days ago, I started feeling uncomfortable in my chest, it felt tight and I had trouble breathing as well. Anytime I did something, like exercising or walking on a treadmill, my body felt hurt, and my heart rate went up way higher than usual. It’s normally around 100, but it went to 150 even when I was just doing little activity. It felt off, so I thought I might have caught some kind of infection. The other day I made a doctor appointment in the hospital as I got some free time. I was told to go to internal medicine doctor and was asked about what I’ve been experiencing. I had fever, waking up found tightness in chest at one night, a nausea, but nothing came out. I just felt like about to vomiting but nothing came out at all, so I thought it was unusual. At that time, my face went all pale and lips went all purple already, which why I decided to go to the hospital. Once I was in the internal medicine, well, they did some screening. I said I have low fever, painful breathing, body and muscle pain, so I was sent to ENT because I experience a ringing in my ear as well, I then sent to do a hearing function test. Right ear was normal, while my left ear was.. what’s it called.. ringing in ear. My left ear hearing function drops down one level. It’s not that serious but since it’s related to inner ear, and it's a part of nervous system, right? If it’s affecting that, the doctor afraid it could lead to permanent hearing function loss. Yeah, that part is concerning. So I was prescribed steroids to be consumed to prevent further inflammation and damage more than this. Not sure if I’m explaining it right, but that’s what I remember. I’m not a doctor, lol. And then, after I got the steroids and back home, I had work to film on the next day. I was like, why I feel so tired going for work at 6 in the morning, why my body feels this exhausting, just bending over to grab something or doing other things made me feel like I was gonna pass out. Thought I was just old lol. But at that time I felt unwell, my chest felt tight, and I felt exhausted. That day, I kept working even though I was exhausted. I felt like I don’t wanna work anymore, it was tiring, even just walking up the stairs, I had to stop and take a break. I couldn’t do it, it felt so tiring. When filming, just stepping my legs already felt tiring that I didn’t want to step my legs anymore. So that day decided to see a doctor, focusing to check my heart as it felt tight and was racing, and I had pain when breathing as well so I decided to see a heart specialist doctor but I arrived there at 2 PM and there was no available appointment anymore. Also, the Echo or ECG machine was all used so I had to schedule an appointment for the next day. I went there in the afternoon. Blood pressure and other test was normal, around 110-160, and it’s normal. Pulse is normal. Blood pressure was okay. And what else, yeah that’s it. I had an ECG, the result came out normal. I’ve also just get physical check up recently and the result were almost the same when compared. But since I still didn’t feel well, I wanted to know what’s wrong with me so I asked for a blood test. It’s a blood test that focusing on troponin and CRP level, which are enzymes in blood cells that indicate heart issues if the levels are high. After my blood test, I waited an hour for the results. When they called me, they said my symptom is serious, it’s a heart disease. Normal troponin levels are below 1 for healthy human, but mine was 3800, which is extremely high, so I had to be admitted. This is an enzyme level in the heart muscle cells. If heart muscle is damaged or its cells break down, the enzyme will mix into the blood and can be detected in the blood indicating a heart problem, so I need to be admitted for further examination with echo. It’s an ultrasound for heart. The result saying that there’s an inflammation in my heart as predicted by the doctors. The heart muscle is really swollen and… [takes deep breath] oh I’m tired already. It's enlarging which makes my heart race and feel tight and uncomfortable. That’s what they said. It’s not working the way it should, which is why I get tired so easily. So it answers everything. After the echo I took a rest and got therapy regimen… as what I understand, consuming steroid can suppress the immune system, right? They help reduce inflammation while the body fights the virus. It’s reducing the inflammation, right? But they said steroids alone weren’t enough because my troponin levels were way too abnormally high, so I got an injection instead. [deep breath] I got injected last night for only three dosage because I had to work today in the morning.asked the doctor to discharge me cause I had to work first. But the decision was taken with condition. I got injected three dosage in the morning and did another blood test which show a result of a decrease in troponin level from 3800 to 1600. Doctor said it was probably 5000 before this and it keeps decreasing to 3800, and to 1600, So if the work isn’t too hard physically, I’m allowed to go, I then go to work. Today at work I was only standing around and talking around. I can stand and talk, but I can’t do any heavy work as it’ll will make my heart work hard and affecting the recovery, I then have to walk slowly. But even so, I can’t even walk fast tho, I get tired easily. Yeah, that’s all. It’s not like I’m completely bedrotting or something, it’s just heart muscle problem, so… fighting ✌🏻

When they called me, they said my symptom is serious, it’s a heart disease. Normal troponin levels are below 1 for healthy human, but mine was 3800, which is extremely high, so I had to be admitted. This is an enzyme level in the heart muscle cells. If heart muscle is damaged or its cells break down, the enzyme will mix into the blood and can be detected in the blood indicating a heart problem, so I need to be admitted for further examination with echo. It’s an ultrasound for heart. The result saying that there’s an inflammation in my heart as predicted by the doctors. The heart muscle is really swollen and… [takes deep breath] oh I’m tired already. It's enlarging which makes my heart race and feel tight and uncomfortable. That’s what they said. It’s not working the way it should, which is why I get tired so easily. So it answers everything. After the echo I took a rest and got therapy regimen… as what I understand, consuming steroid can suppress the immune system, right? They help reduce inflammation while the body fights the virus. It’s reducing the inflammation, right? But they said steroids alone weren’t enough because my troponin levels were way too abnormally high, so I got an injection instead. [deep breath] I got injected last night for only three dosage because I had to work today in the morning.asked the doctor to discharge me cause I had to work first. But the decision was taken with condition. I got injected three dosage in the morning and did another blood test which show a result of a decrease in troponin level from 3800 to 1600. Doctor said it was probably 5000 before this and it keeps decreasing to 3800, and to 1600, So if the work isn’t too hard physically, I’m allowed to go, I then go to work. Today at work I was only standing around and talking around. I can stand and talk, but I can’t do any heavy work as it’ll will make my heart work hard and affecting the recovery, I then have to walk slowly. The morning started off with PW17, Assistant Inspector of Uganda Police Force, Emmanuel Odong. He’s a CCTV analyst based at the Directorate of ICT at the National Command and Control Center in Naguru. He said he helped retrieve CCTV footage from the Katanga residence as well as footage from police CCTV cameras along Kinawataka road, Bugolobi area and in the Namuwongo area where IHK Hospital is based. He told court that he found no evidence that CCTV footage at the Katanga residence had been tampered with. He also said he saw the vehicle that is said to have taken Mrs Katanga from her home to Bugolobi Medical Center & then later an ambulance that’s supposed to have taken her to IHK. The times correspond with what we’ve previously heard in court so no major surprises there. Now to PW18, who seems to be having a bit of a torrid time on the stand. Her evidence is so crucial to this case that it might be almost impossible for the state to secure a conviction should her it be found wanting. See, she’s said to have collected the samples from Mrs Katanga’s palms, fingers and mouth that were used for analysis of DNA and Gunshot Residue (GSR). The State which took fingerprint samples and didn’t test them against the killer gun, is hoping to rely on this evidence to link Mrs Katanga to the killer gun. They’re left with making an argument that presence of her DNA and presence of traces of GSR on her somehow proves she shot the gun. It’s a long shot (no pun intended) but even that would fail miserably if PW18’s evidence is rejected for being unreliable. The stakes couldn’t be higher. PW18 is called Aisha Birungi, a detective(AIP) currently attached to Parliament of Uganda police. Her evidence in chief was led by Chief Prosecutor Jonathan Muwaganya. Back in November 2023, she said she was a Scene of Crime Officer (SOCO) attached to Kabalagala police station in the IHK vicinity. As a SOCO, her job entailed: viewing scenes of crime, fingerprint, collect vital evidence from the crime scene, making reports and going to court to testify in case there’s need. She said that on 2/Nov/2023, she was called by her boss to go to IHK to take samples from a murder suspect, Molly Katanga, who she says was admitted there in the ICU. She says she arrived at the hospital around 2pm, signed in at the main gate (which she later said she didn’t), went to the reception where she met with a one nurse Flavia and then later was introduced to a Dr Brian whose office she went to, signed a visitors’ book and was ushered into the ICU where Mrs Katanga lay on bed “without any life support machines”. She then says nurse Flavia showed her a light-skinned lady whose entire arms were wrapped in bandage. She was asleep. PW18 didn’t greet or talk to her coz she’d been told not to. She went ahead to swab the palms of her hands and got a buccal swab (mouth) which she said was meant to get her DNA. This is where the chaos started. On cross examination led by Mr Elison Karuhanga of KAA (Kampala Associated Advocates), PW18 seemed to walk back the claim that she signed in the book at the main gate, saying instead she signed in a one “Dr Brian’s” office book. At the instruction of his client, Elison put it to her that there wasn’t a Dr Brian on Molly’s care team and there might not be one at IHK. In a dramatic twist, he pulled out a medical chart from the hospital and put it to her that at the time she said to have seen Mrs Katanga in the ICU (btn 2-3pm), she was in fact in theater having an operation and was only brought to ICU at 5pm. Back in November 2023, she said she was a Scene of Crime Officer (SOCO) attached to Kabalagala police station in the IHK vicinity. As a SOCO, her job entailed: viewing scenes of crime, fingerprint, collect vital evidence from the crime scene, making reports and going to court to testify in case there’s need. She said that on 2/Nov/2023, she was called by her boss to go to IHK to take samples from a murder suspect, Molly Katanga, who she says was admitted there in the ICU. She says she arrived at the hospital around 2pm, signed in at the main gate (which she later said she didn’t), went to the reception where she met with a one nurse Flavia and then later was introduced to a Dr Brian whose office she went to, signed a visitors’ book and was ushered into the ICU where Mrs Katanga lay on bed “without any life support machines”. She then says nurse Flavia showed her a light-skinned lady whose entire arms were wrapped in bandage. She was asleep. PW18 didn’t greet or talk to her coz she’d been told not to. She went ahead to swab the palms of her hands and got a buccal swab (mouth) which she said was meant to get her DNA. This is where the chaos started. On cross examination led by Mr Elison Karuhanga of KAA (Kampala Associated Advocates), PW18 seemed to walk back the claim that she signed in the book at the main gate, saying instead she signed in a one “Dr Brian’s” office book. At the instruction of his client, Elison put it to her that there wasn’t a Dr Brian on Molly’s care team and there might not be one at IHK. In a dramatic twist, he pulled out a medical chart from the hospital and put it to her that at the time she said to have seen Mrs Katanga in the ICU (btn 2-3pm), she was in fact in theater having an operation and was only brought to ICU at 5pm. Here's the first hour of the testimony. ---------------------------------- My name is Doctor Aseem Malhotra. I am a consultant cardiologist. I've been a qualified doctor since 2001. I have held various roles both in academic health policy. In England, in the United Kingdom, and of the various roles, I won't bore you with all the details. I think three of the most relevant and prominent are the fact that I was an ambassador for the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges for six years, which represented every doctor in the UK. I served a full term of six years as a trustee of the King's fund. I was the youngest member to be appointed to this body which advises government on health policy. I was a founding member of Action on Sugar and a first science director. And through that role I'm considered the lead campaigner on bringing about a sugary drinks tax in the UK. And also, finally I served for five years as visiting professor of evidence based medicine at the Bahiana School of Medicine in Salvador, Brazil. In early 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic I was most vocal doctor on the mainstream, making the link very early on between COVID and those who are vulnerable to suffering serious complications from COVID In fact, in March 2020, I was asked to go on Sky News to explain my initial research findings of the link between especially obesity and COVID, but also to give people an opportunity and to suggest to the government this was a great time for them to implement public health policy to help people enhance or optimise their immune system, which could happen within just a few weeks of dietary changes and optimising vitamin D. This was later also backed up by medical journal publications a few months later. And I was first to mention on the back of an article I published in the Daily Telegraph newspaper, which became a front page commentary and was picked up by BBC News and Good Morning Britain, where I had said that it's likely our prime minister, Boris Johnson, was hospitalised because of his weight. As a result of that, the then secretary for health, Matt Hancock, and this was publicised in the news, had asked me to advise him on the link between COVID and obesity. ...before I explain my journey and in many ways U-turn on my understanding in terms of the benefits and harms of the COVID vaccine, my experience in this area over the last couple of years has made me realise more than ever that even for that the greatest barrier to the truth are not factual or intellectual barriers, but psychological. I think all of us as human beings are vulnerable to these psychological barriers and we should have compassion for ourselves. And I will just very briefly summarise those three psychological barriers before I get into my detailed account of what I was involved in in regards to the COVID vaccine. The first psychological barrier is one of fear. And many of us understandably, and I still remember from early on in the pandemic, we were all scared. We did not know what we were dealing with. The issue with fear is that when people and populations are in a state of fear, we are less likely to engage in critical thinking and we are more likely to be compliant. Although COVID was particularly devastating for vulnerable groups in the elderly and I even have managed and still manage people with long COVID, the fear was grossly exaggerated. And one of the examples of that is that when we had good information on the mortality rate of COVID in the United States, one survey in 2020 revealed that 50% of Americans believed that if they caught COVID, the risk of 19 hospitalisation was 50% one and two, when the actual figure, certainly an average for people in middle age, was less than 1%. The second barrier to the truth, which I think is very relevant to the situation we find ourselves in now, is one called willful blindness. This is when human beings, all of us, are vulnerable to this, turn a blind eye to the truth in order to feel safe, avoid conflict, reduce anxiety and to protect prestige and fragile egos. Some examples of this include, on a personal level, willful blindness can occur when a spouse turns a blind eye to the affair of their partner. On an institutional level, some great examples of willful blindness include Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein, the Catholic Church and child molestation. I believe the current situation we find ourselves in, with much of the mainstream narrative and the medical establishment and policy makers not acknowledging quite horrific, serious and common harms from this vaccine, is another example of willful blindness. And I also say this with full empathy, because I was one of those people that was for a very long time, willfully blind to the harms of the COVID vaccine. In January 2021, I was one of the first people to take two doses of the COVID mRNA vaccine because I volunteered in a vaccine centre. I still believe that traditional vaccines are some of the safest amongst all pharmacological interventions in medicine and I could not conceive of any possibility whatsoever of this vaccine causing harm. As a public figure and respected doctor in the UK, I have built relationships across the board with many other public figures, including celebrities and politicians, who often come to me for medical advice. And I even made the point, if I remember correctly, that they have been found guilty of fraud on many occasions, that the third most common cause of death, prepandemic after heart disease and cancer, is prescribed medications. I, however, reassured the public and said that despite these figures, of everything we do in medicine, traditional vaccinations are amongst the safest. I still believe this to be the case. A few months later, in April 2021, I met with a colleague and friend of mine who I regard as one of the brightest cardiologists in the United Kingdom. I was surprised when he told me that he had not taken the COVID vaccine. He explained to me that he had concerns because he had seen in the supplementary appendix of Pfizer's original trial that there were four cardiac arrests in the vaccine group and only one in the placebo. These numbers were small and did not reach statistical significance. So this could be random chance, or his concern was it could represent a signal of problems in the future. And if this was the case, we are going to have a huge problem. He said he'd rather wait and see what happens before taking the vaccine. On July 26, 2021, my father, aged 73, who was a very prominent, well known doctor in the UK, including being the honorary vice president of the British Medical Association and had received honours from the Queen of England with an OBE, suffered an unexpected sudden cardiac arrest. But also my initial investigation was to try and understand why there had been a 30 minutes ambulance delay arriving to his apartment. Two weeks later, the deputy chief nurse of NHS England, a government health body, called me up. She was very upset, she knew my father very well and she was crying and she told me, Aseem, there's something I need to tell you. She in effect told me that throughout the country, for the last two months prior to my father's cardiac arrest in most regions of the UK, ambulances were not getting to patients in time for heart attacks and cardiac arrests. And there had been a deliberate, and I will use these words because I mentioned it, I've mentioned it before, a cover up involving the government and the Department of Health to withhold this information from doctors and the public. I worked with an investigative journalist with the I newspaper in the UK to write an article and a news story that became BBC News headlines a few months later, exposing this. Just before I exposed this, I messaged a professor of cardiology who I trust in the UK. He has a leadership role to explain to him what had happened and what I was about to do. I have text message evidence of this. He told me not to do this because it would make me enemies. I explained to him that I had a duty to patients and the public. I'm highlighting this as one example and I'll give you more examples of a cultural problem within medicine. The next part of this story is the post mortem findings of my father. They did not make any sense to me. I am considered a leading expert, maybe in the world, on the development and progression of coronary artery disease. My father had two severe blockages in his coronary arteries. The first in October 2021. I remember I was giving lectures in Stockholm. I was contacted by a journalist with a Times newspaper who reported to me and said, Dr Malhotra, we have reports of an unexplained 25% increase in heart attacks in hospitals in Scotland and asked me what I thought was going on. I explained to her that at that time, with the evidence I knew in my own experience, I said that two likely contributory factors were lockdown stress. We know that when populations undergo severe stress after war, for example, there is an increase in heart attacks and strokes that can last for many years. She asked me whether I thought that there was a contribution. I was surprised when she asked me whether I thought there may be a contribution of the COVID vaccine to these heart attacks. I said to her, a good scientist should never exclude any possibility. But I felt at the time it was unlikely to be related to the COVID vaccine. But we should watch this space and keep our eyes open. A few weeks later, a publication appeared in the Journal Circulation, which is considered the highest impact cardiology journal in the United States that revealed a potentially very strong link between the COVID mRNA vaccines and acceleration in heart attack risk. Very specifically, in several hundred people of middle age, there was a plausible mechanism, by use of inflammatory markers in the blood, that increased the baseline risk of those people having a heart attack in five years, from 11% to 25%, just within two months of having the COVID mRNA vaccines. Of course, this is one bit of data, but even if partially true, that is a huge increase in risk in a very short space of time. And for me now made me think and link back to why my father may have suffered a cardiac arrest six months after having two doses of the vaccine. I remember thinking and speaking to a colleague, that if this was true, then we were going to see an increase in cardiac arrests, heart attacks and excess deaths in heavily vaccinated countries for the next few years. Then within a few weeks, I was called up by a whistleblower at a very prestigious british institution. I will name that institution, which I have not done publicly before as a University of Oxford. This cardiologist explained to me that a group of researchers in his department had accidentally found, through the use of very specialised imaging of the heart, that there was a signal of increased inflammation of the heart arteries, which was there in the vaccinated, but not there in the unvaccinated. The lead researcher of that group had sat down, the juniors, and had said that we are not going to explore these findings any further because it may affect our funding from the pharmaceutical industry. At that point, with these three bits of information, I then felt it was my ethical duty to speak out. And I went on GBNews to talk about what I'd found what I'd heard and I'd asked for the Vaccine Committee of the UK on TV to investigate this, to see whether there was a real problem with the vaccine in relation to heart issues. Around the same time which I found very strange is that the Secretary of State for Health at that stage, who was not Matt Hancock, was Sajid Javid, had announced in parliament that we are going to introduce legislation to ensure that all healthcare workers are mandated to have the COVID vaccine. For me, this, by that stage had no ethical or scientific justification, because certainly after the summer of 2021, it had become very apparent that the COVID mRNA vaccine was not stopping infection and it certainly was not stopping transmission. It was understood that approximately 80,000 NHS workers had refused at this stage to have the COVID vaccine. And now they were threatened with losing their job if by April the following year they had not been fully vaccinated. Many of these people were very concerned and contacted me around that time, I was also conducting many interviews, both through the BBC and Sky News and GBNews in regards to what happened with my father's ambulance delay. And I used it as an opportunity on the mainstream media to call for Sajid Javid, the secretary for health, to U-turn on the introduction of a mandate for healthcare workers based upon the fact that I felt it was not scientific and it was unethical. I also received my own personal backlash from these comments where I was contacted by the Royal College of Physicians who I had an affiliation with, and they asked me to respond to anonymous complaints from doctors that I was spreading, in quotes, antivax disinformation. I felt with my own knowledge and experience of the healthcare system that this was a direct response probably fueled by a combination of willful blindness and institutional corruption. To elaborate a bit further, when I say institutional corruption, I mean that my view was that the complaints were likely being fueled by academics with financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry. I felt very concerned about the potential introduction of the vaccine, well, the vaccine mandate. And therefore I decided there were two things that I decided to do. The first was I made a phone call to the chairman of the British Medical Association in December 2021. I had a good relationship with him and he respected my opinion. And I spent 2 hours on the phone explaining to him everything that I knew up to that stage about my concerns of the COVID mRNA vaccine. He said to me, "Aseem, nobody appears to critically appraise the evidence on the COVID mRNA vaccine as well as you have from our conversation, he said, most of my colleagues are getting their information on the benefits and harms of the vaccine from the BBC". This was replicated by the former chair of the CDC in the United States, Rochelle Walensky, who in an interview later on had said that her initial optimism of the vaccine benefits came from CNN News report. I say this just to emphasise that we should all accept our vulnerabilities to where we receive health information. Even doctors, policymakers, judges and lawyers are all influenced on the public massively by mainstream media. The chairman of the BMA also agreed with me. There was no ethical or scientific justification for mandating the COVID vaccine. He said the BMA also did not support it. And he said because of my conversation with him, he would speak directly to the secretary for health, Sajid Javid. One month later, at the end of January 2022, the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers was overturned. I at that stage, given the fact that there was some backlash happening towards me, I realised that because this is a very big issue and area, and not my initial area of expertise, I needed to carry out my own critical analysis of the COVID mRNA vaccines. I spent six to nine months critically appraising the data, including speaking to two Pfizer whistleblowers, three investigative medical journalists and eminent scientists from the University of Oxford, Stanford and Harvard. The most critical bit, the most critical research that was published on this issue, which I think the whole court should acknowledge in August 2022, was published in the journal Vaccine. That research was conducted by some of the world's top independent of drug industry influence academics. That research, we was able to reanalyze the original randomised control trials conducted by Pfizer and Moderna. They were able to do this because new information was made available on the FDA's website and Health Canada's website. The conclusions of that paper were really very disturbing. The original trials that led to the drug regulatory approval of these vaccines revealed that you were more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the vaccine, specifically hospitalisation, life changing event or disability, than you were to be hospitalised with COVID That rate of harm at two months was very high at 1 in 800. Just to give you some perspective, historically we have suspended other vaccines for much less. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was pulled because it was found to cause a neurological syndrome called Guillain-Barre syndrome In one in 100,000 people. In 1999, the rotavirus vaccine was suspended because it was found to cause a form of bowel obstruction in children affecting 1 in 10,000. This was 1 in 800. In my view, it was very clear that given this information, published in the highest impact Vaccine journal in the world, peer reviewed, and has not had any significant rebuttals, that this vaccine now, in my view, should never have been approved for use in a single human being in the first place. In my view, this very important court case in some ways, actually is a distraction from the much bigger issue, which is there should be court cases around the world with a full inquiry into the pharmaceutical industry and an inquiry as to how we got this so very wrong. Of course, one could argue this is just one bit of research, but actually, unfortunately, there are different, many different strands of research that are showing a signal of considerable and common serious harm from these vaccines. From pharmacovigilance data that is reporting what we call yellow card reports from the public. We have plausible biological mechanism of harm. We have other research called observational data. We have autopsy data also confirming that certainly with the majority of people who died within a short space of time of having the vaccine in relation to the heart, was definitively caused by the vaccine. This is really a very, very, very horrific situation we find ourselves in. One would hope and expect that the regulators should be independently evaluating all medications. But of course, the evidence reveals this is far from true. There was an investigation by the BMJ, also published in the summer of 2022, which revealed that most of the major regulators across the world were taking most of their money from the drug industry. For example, the MHRA in the UK receives 86% of its funding from the drug industry, and the FDA in America receives 65% of its funding from the drug industry, A fact that most doctors do not know. And therefore, I would not expect members of the court to know this either, is that very, very rarely do drug industry sponsored research get independently evaluated. Clinical trial data can often involve thousands of pages of information on individual patients. The drug companies hold onto that raw data. They then give summary results to the regulator, who are then paying, who have an incentive to approve the drugs, and the drugs are then approved. I made these points in my peer reviewed article published in the Journal of Insulin Resistance in September 2022, where I concluded that we should pause and investigate the issue around the COVID mRNA vaccines. I have since then been campaigning and advocating for a return to ethical evidence based medical practise around the world. Some of the clear solutions moving forward would be changes in the law that are required so that patients, doctors, members of the public can have greater confidence in the information they receive to make decisions about their health. Two very clear, low hanging fruit solutions, which are both ethical, scientific and democratic, would be that the drug industry should be allowed to develop drugs, but they shouldn't be allowed to test them themselves. And they certainly shouldn't be allowed to design their own research to and hold onto the raw data. Their information needs to be independently evaluated. One other clear solution would also be that the medical regulators, again, should not be taking any money from the industry, as this is a gross conflict of interest. I also want to highlight for people to understand the bigger picture. Prior to the pandemic, I had realised that there was a big problem with the reliability of clinical research, where invariably the results of clinical trials on all drugs sponsored by the drug industry, grossly exaggerate their safety and benefits. I have taken this information to the European Parliament, where I spoke in 2019, and I spoke to very senior politicians in the UK government. But although they were sympathetic, they felt that the issue was much bigger than them as individuals, and therefore it also needed media attention to get public awareness on the importance of such an inquiry. Before we continue with further questions, as I've been speaking for quite a long time now I'll just finish with two references just for the court and the judges to understand just how bad this problem is. Prepandemic the man who I call the Stephen Hawking of medicine is Professor John Ioannidis from the University of Stanford. The reason I call him the Stephen Hawking of Medicine is he's the most cited medical researcher in the world and is a mathematical genius. In 2006, he published a paper which was entitled why most published research findings are false. In that paper, he makes a point that the greater the financial interests in a given field, the less likely the research findings are to be true. I say this in context of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine which has made the company $100 billion. The other point that he makes in a further paper in 2017 is, again, the reason the system continues as it is is most doctors are unaware of the information they receive when they make clinical decisions has been corrupted by commercial influence. The other credible name I will mention is the editor of the Lancet, Richard Horton, who I personally know. In 2015, he wrote an article in the Lancet in relation to a secret meeting that had taken place with himself and some of the world's top medical academics. In that, he wrote that possibly half of the medical published literature may simply be untrue. And he said that science has taken a turn towards darkness. But who's going to take the first step to clean up the system? I think all of us as human beings are vulnerable to these psychological barriers and we should have compassion for ourselves. Although COVID was particularly devastating for vulnerable groups in the elderly and I even have managed and still manage people with long COVID, the fear was grossly exaggerated. And one of the examples of that is that when we had good information on the mortality rate of COVID in the United States, one survey in 2020 revealed that 50% of Americans believed that if they caught COVID, the risk of 19 hospitalisation was 50% one and two, when the actual figure, certainly an average for people in middle age, was less than 1%. The second barrier to the truth, which I think is very relevant to the situation we find ourselves in now, is one called willful blindness. This is when human beings, all of us, are vulnerable to this, turn a blind eye to the truth in order to feel safe, avoid conflict, reduce anxiety and to protect prestige and fragile egos. Some examples of this include, on a personal level, willful blindness can occur when a spouse turns a blind eye to the affair of their partner. On an institutional level, some great examples of willful blindness include Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein, the Catholic Church and child molestation. I believe the current situation we find ourselves in, with much of the mainstream narrative and the medical establishment and policy makers not acknowledging quite horrific, serious and common harms from this vaccine, is another example of willful blindness. And I also say this with full empathy, because I was one of those people that was for a very long time, willfully blind to the harms of the COVID vaccine. And I spent 2 hours on the phone explaining to him everything that I knew up to that stage about my concerns of the COVID mRNA vaccine. He said to me, "Aseem, nobody appears to critically appraise the evidence on the COVID mRNA vaccine as well as you have from our conversation, he said, most of my colleagues are getting their information on the benefits and harms of the vaccine from the BBC". This was replicated by the former chair of the CDC in the United States, Rochelle Walensky, who in an interview later on had said that her initial optimism of the vaccine benefits came from CNN News report. I say this just to emphasise that we should all accept our vulnerabilities to where we receive health information. Even doctors, policymakers, judges and lawyers are all influenced on the public massively by mainstream media. The chairman of the BMA also agreed with me. There was no ethical or scientific justification for mandating the COVID vaccine. He said the BMA also did not support it. And he said because of my conversation with him, he would speak directly to the secretary for health, Sajid Javid. One month later, at the end of January 2022, the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers was overturned. I at that stage, given the fact that there was some backlash happening towards me, I realised that because this is a very big issue and area, and not my initial area of expertise, I needed to carry out my own critical analysis of the COVID mRNA vaccines. I spent six to nine months critically appraising the data, including speaking to two Pfizer whistleblowers, three investigative medical journalists and eminent scientists from the University of Oxford, Stanford and Harvard. The most critical bit, the most critical research that was published on this issue, which I think the whole court should acknowledge in August 2022, was published in the journal Vaccine. That research was conducted by some of the world's top independent of drug industry influence academics. That research, we was able to reanalyze the original randomised control trials conducted by Pfizer and Moderna. They were able to do this because new information was made available on the FDA's website and Health Canada's website. The conclusions of that paper were really very disturbing. The original trials that led to the drug regulatory approval of these vaccines revealed that you were more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the vaccine, specifically hospitalisation, life changing event or disability, than you were to be hospitalised with COVID That rate of harm at two months was very high at 1 in 800. Just to give you some perspective, historically we have suspended other vaccines for much less. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was pulled because it was found to cause a neurological syndrome called Guillain-Barre syndrome In one in 100,000 people. In 1999, the rotavirus vaccine was suspended because it was found to cause a form of bowel obstruction in children affecting 1 in 10,000. This was 1 in 800. In my view, it was very clear that given this information, published in the highest impact Vaccine journal in the world, peer reviewed, and has not had any significant rebuttals, that this vaccine now, in my view, should never have been approved for use in a single human being in the first place. In my view, this very important court case in some ways, actually is a distraction from the much bigger issue, which is there should be court cases around the world with a full inquiry into the pharmaceutical industry and an inquiry as to how we got this so very wrong. Of course, one could argue this is just one bit of research, but actually, unfortunately, there are different, many different strands of research that are showing a signal of considerable and common serious harm from these vaccines. From pharmacovigilance data that is reporting what we call yellow card reports from the public. We have plausible biological mechanism of harm. We have other research called observational data. We have autopsy data also confirming that certainly with the majority of people who died within a short space of time of having the vaccine in relation to the heart, was definitively caused by the vaccine. This is really a very, very, very horrific situation we find ourselves in. One would hope and expect that the regulators should be independently evaluating all medications. But of course, the evidence reveals this is far from true. There was an investigation by the BMJ, also published in the summer of 2022, which revealed that most of the major regulators across the world were taking most of their money from the drug industry. For example, the MHRA in the UK receives 86% of its funding from the drug industry, and the FDA in America receives 65% of its funding from the drug industry, A fact that most doctors do not know. And therefore, I would not expect members of the court to know this either, is that very, very rarely do drug industry sponsored research get independently evaluated. Clinical trial data can often involve thousands of pages of information on individual patients. The drug companies hold onto that raw data. They then give summary results to the regulator, who are then paying, who have an incentive to approve the drugs, and the drugs are then approved. I made these points in my peer reviewed article published in the Journal of Insulin Resistance in September 2022, where I concluded that we should pause and investigate the issue around the COVID mRNA vaccines. I have since then been campaigning and advocating for a return to ethical evidence based medical practise around the world. Some of the clear solutions moving forward would be changes in the law that are required so that patients, doctors, members of the public can have greater confidence in the information they receive to make decisions about their health. Two very clear, low hanging fruit solutions, which are both ethical, scientific and democratic, would be that the drug industry should be allowed to develop drugs, but they shouldn't be allowed to test them themselves. And they certainly shouldn't be allowed to design their own research to and hold onto the raw data. Their information needs to be independently evaluated. One other clear solution would also be that the medical regulators, again, should not be taking any money from the industry, as this is a gross conflict of interest. I also want to highlight for people to understand the bigger picture. Prior to the pandemic, I had realised that there was a big problem with the reliability of clinical research, where invariably the results of clinical trials on all drugs sponsored by the drug industry, grossly exaggerate their safety and benefits. I have taken this information to the European Parliament, where I spoke in 2019, and I spoke to very senior politicians in the UK government. But although they were sympathetic, they felt that the issue was much bigger than them as individuals, and therefore it also needed media attention to get public awareness on the importance of such an inquiry. Before we continue with further questions, as I've been speaking for quite a long time now I'll just finish with two references just for the court and the judges to understand just how bad this problem is. Prepandemic the man who I call the Stephen Hawking of medicine is Professor John Ioannidis from the University of Stanford. The reason I call him the Stephen Hawking of Medicine is he's the most cited medical researcher in the world and is a mathematical genius. In 2006, he published a paper which was entitled why most published research findings are false. In that paper, he makes a point that the greater the financial interests in a given field, the less likely the research findings are to be true. I say this in context of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine which has made the company $100 billion. The other point that he makes in a further paper in 2017 is, again, the reason the system continues as it is is most doctors are unaware of the information they receive when they make clinical decisions has been corrupted by commercial influence. The other credible name I will mention is the editor of the Lancet, Richard Horton, who I personally know. In 2015, he wrote an article in the Lancet in relation to a secret meeting that had taken place with himself and some of the world's top medical academics. In that, he wrote that possibly half of the medical published literature may simply be untrue. And he said that science has taken a turn towards darkness. But who's going to take the first step to clean up the system? Election fraud in Guatemala… if happens here, it will happen in the US in 2024. The facts: 1. The Supreme Electoral Tribunal (Like the FEC in the US) is in charge of the election, and in this election they didn't had an IT Director, the previous one is currently in court prosecuted because of "anomalies" in the previous election. How they managed to have control on the different voting systems? 2. Before our General Elections, and after the call for elections when all parties were already registered and participating, some were suspended and dismissed by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), which the Electoral and Political Parties Law (LEPP) forbids, some parties appealed to the Constitutional Court, as their right to vote and be elected was being violated, and to this day, haven't get any response from the Court. 3. On June 25, the General Elections were held. There were thousands of complaints from almost all party poll watchers. Among these complaints, there were reports of party poll watchers being kidnapped during the countdown; records being edited in the absence of party poll watchers, changing the votes; data tampering during data entry into the system; forgery of the original physical records; polling station officers refusing to provide the necessary paper forms to report this incidents, etc. The very same day, and the next day, many party poll watchers reported these incidents with the polling station officers to the Public Ministry (Kind of the General Attorney's Office in the US) and to the Constitutional Court. This is well documented in the video included in this post. 4. The Constitutional Court sent its ruling to the Supreme Court of Justice, and they ordered to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and the Electoral Boards to compare the original records (white papers) with the copies (yellow papers), and to recount the votes, in a hearing, in the presence of party poll watchers and the media. The Electoral Boards didn't comply with the ruling, and the media was almost absent or didn't publish the complaints and findings, producing a general discontent and distrust in the electoral process. Some party poll watchers escalated their reports to the Public Ministry, reporting the misdeeds of the polling station officers. Several party poll watchers called for a repeat of the elections due to all the flaws found, and of course, the media pundits created the false narrative that auditing the records and recounting the votes was going against what was voted in the ballot boxes and against the electoral law, when in reality, it's a way to make the process more transparent and it is clearly stipulated in Article III of the Electoral and Political Parties Law 5. According to the dubious results, from the more than 20 candidates, for the first time in the country's history, the majority of the votes were null, the winner was null, which is a clear indication of the widespread discontent and mistrust for the Guatemalan political class, but because none of the candidates got more than 50%+1 of the votes, a second round is needed. Is worth noting that the second place after null was held by the UNE party, a left-wing political candidate Sandra Torres got it, and the third place in these dubious results was obtained by the political party "Movimiento Semilla", an extreme left-wing political party with a presidential candidate virtually unknown throughout the entire country, this raised suspicions among absolutely all Guatemalans, except for the typical media pundits who tried to justify it at all costs with any baseless excuse or narrative. 6. After some pressure from foreign forces, the Supreme Court of Justice ruled that The Electoral Boards comply with what was needed, but this was a lie, they were pressured not to proceed with the legal process. It is worth noting that "Movimiento Semilla" party, is well connected with international forces, most of their members have belonged to NGOs founded by none other that George Soros through his Open Society Foundations, so is most of our media pundits, and most of the college professors, for instance, former Secretary-General and current Semilla's candidate for Congress, Samuel Andrés Pérez Alvarez, is son of the Abraham Samuel Pérez de León, who has been an advisor to the World Bank and the UNDP/PNUD; he is a professor in Universidad Rafael Landívar which receives grants from the Open Society Foundations for the "independent news site" called Plaza Pública where both father and son write their columns. 7. During the process, Guatemalan prosecutor Rafael Curruchiche issued a public statement exposing an open case against "Movimiento Semilla" party, a process that started around 2018, way before the elections. Curruchiche showed legal documents and evidence from the forensic agencies' expert examination, showing forgery of signatures in the party affiliation process, affiliating dead people, affiliations only with signature and without names. Considering that in Guatemala, in order to have a political party, you have to affiliate certain number of people, failing to do so, makes the legal figure that constitutes the party, lack the necessary foundation, thus, nullifying the party, but again, even without the legal representation, the party appealed to the Constitutional Court, which under foreign pressures, granted protection to the inexistent party, citing that the electoral law establishes that once the election call has been made, parties cannot be canceled. However, they did cancel other parties after the call, demonstrating that there is no equality before the law, and that this party has privileges due to its connections abroad. This was one of the complains of other candidate that was left out of the election on similar grounds. It is worth noting that the prosecutor notified the Supreme Electoral Tribunal about this matters since 2018, and they didn't nullify the party, and it is also worth noting that Semilla was reported for receiving funding from abroad, specifically, from the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), and even tho there was a legal preceding, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal protected Semilla ignoring the law. 8. While all these events were transpiring, after hearing Semilla's almost unknown presidential candidate mention the elections observers from as the ones validating the results, I did a research on who were these election observers sent by the EU, who spare no expense with hundreds of members all over the country in quite expensive cars. It turns out that these observers, just before the election, held a meeting only with Semilla's presidential candidate and with no other candidate, most of its members are in fact, members of the party or acquaintances that have work along in the very same NGOs, and all the "influencers" and young tiktokers that support the party and engaged in smear campaigns against all other parties, were also election observers for and similar NGOs, the case of Romeo Alejandro Méndez Zuñiga who partnered with José Roberto Alejos Cámbara (brother of convicted Gustavo Adolfo Alejos Cámbara) in his NGO of observer called Caminemos Political Association, which has received grants from the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD). Scott Perry exposing how USAID (which is embedded in all this NGOs) is founding ideological groups in Guatemala: 9. Verifying that political parties comply with the law and do their job properly, without affiliating deceased individuals, without forged signatures, or affiliating only with signatures and without names as Semilla did, is the responsibility of the Registrar of Citizens, Ramiro José Muñoz Jordán, who was ordered by a judge to suspend the Semilla party, if he fail to comply with the ruling, appropriate measures will be issued, possibly facing a warrant, but before he was notified, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal grant him vacations, and his whereabouts are currently unknown. This lead to more distrust in the whole electoral process, and the opacity of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. 10. Recently, the corrupt President Magistrate of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, Irma Elizabeth Palencia Orellana, usurping functions, since according to our constitution, international relations are the exclusive domain of the executive branch, called for a statement from the Secretary-General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, who is aligned with the globalists of Semilla. We are experiencing an electoral fraud, one that is fiercely protected by foreign forces who seek impunity for both, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and the corruption within the Semilla Party, a fraud strongly defended by the media by not only hiding what truly happened, but also distorting and misrepresenting the actual events and facts with unfounded narratives to manipulate the masses and public opinion, and if it happens here, in this laboratory of so many three letter foreign agencies, it will happen in the USA, as it always does.
