If Baku denies there’s a crisis in Artsakh, why ‘send aid’? If Baku accepts there’s a crisis, why deny ICRC access? If Baku could always send aid, why wait until the brink of starvation? Because this isn’t about humanitarianism — it’s a cynical PR stunt & obvious Trojan Horse.

The Aghdam Khankendi road, even according to foreign experts, has a greater capacity and is closer and more conveniently located even for Armenians. Therefore, the Armenian circus is associated only with manipulation and blackmail.
