The Constitutional Emoluments Protection of American Interests Act of 2025 (H.R. 490) explicitly bars federal funds from flowing to any Trump-owned entity. This $400M Boeing 747-8 "gift" from Qatar requires $100M+ in taxpayer-funded retrofits before being transferred to the Trump Presidential Library Foundation—a direct violation of the law’s intent. The bill’s Section 2 blacklists over 200 Trump properties and shell companies, including the foundation. Legal gymnastics can’t hide the reality: this is a foreign emolument laundered through DoD contracts. The same bureaucrats who rubber-stamped this deal approved $50B in Ukraine aid without audits. Priorities.
