. That's misleading... The "Hollywood Tariff" is worldwide, not to Canada only. If POTUS really wants to know out Canada he would renegotiate the Tax Treaty or tax their investments in the US or ban Canadian Banks. There are a thousand and one ways to cripple it... And nobody wants that...
