Let me tell you about sleep, folks. We love sleep, don't we? The radical left, they're always screaming, "Wake up, wake up, you have to pay attention to the terrible things happening!" They are obsessed with being "woke." Woke is a complete disaster. It's a total failure. I say, stay asleep! Stay beautifully, tremendously asleep. People come to me, very important people, and they say, "Sir, there's a massive crisis, the world is practically falling apart, aren't you paying attention?" And I look at them—strong people, smart people, but very panicked—and I say, "Excuse me, I am taking a gorgeous, five-star nap right now." When you're asleep, you don't have to listen to the Fake News Media. You don't have to look at the rigged witch hunts or the tremendous disasters. You just close your eyes, and poof, they disappear. Like magic. If you don't look at the problems, they don't exist. Nobody knows this better than me. They say I’m asleep at the wheel. Let me tell you, when I’m asleep at the wheel, the car drives itself perfectly. Safest car in the history of our country. It drives much better than when Sleepy Joe is wide awake, gripping the steering wheel with his hands shaking, not knowing where he's going. Sad! I ignore the things that "matter," frankly, because they don't matter nearly as much as my absolute comfort. We have the most luxurious ignorance in the history of the world. Beautiful, perfect ignorance. The experts—so-called experts, people with terrible television ratings—they say, "Donald, you have to face reality." Reality is for losers, frankly. My reality is a solid gold bed with perfect REM cycles where I am always winning. We are putting America to sleep, folks, and it's going to be bigly. We are going to ignore so many things—important things, they say, but who really knows?—that we will have unprecedented peace and quiet. We're going to sleep so much, you're going to say, "Please, Mr. President, we can't sleep anymore, we're tired of sleeping!" But you won't say that, because you'll be unconscious. It's going to be yuge. Thank you, and God bless your earplugs!
