You know what else is wrong, Bill Barr? That you used the DOJ to benefit Trump, lied about the Mueller Repert, and then left office before Christmas and the only thing that has happened to you is you’ve sold books and continue to make money off of appearances.

Bill Barr's perspective here is quite compelling. Drawing an analogy to a mayor facing charges puts things into a relatable context. It's important to separate legal proceedings from political considerations. If there's evidence of wrongdoing, waiting for an election to conclude doesn't negate the need for accountability. The principle of justice should always prevail over potential political implications.

This is Norm Eisen essentially saying that he was counting on his judge, Juan Merchan, sentencing Trump to prison for a year as part of keeping Trump from becoming president. Norm created the Bragg case which he said was about Trump interfering in the 2016 election. Everything Norm did the last four years was about the jury box and the ballot box to solve the problem of Trump, aka election interference, so Norm should be charged with the same crimes.

Almost everything Obama says is in direct contradiction to the intelligence report on the election that he had just recently received. The majority of this interview was spent discussing Russia's election interference to help Trump. We now know that Obama had just received a report informing him that did not happen. 2. It was extremely obvious throughout the entire interview that Obama was lying and that he knew the significance of what he was doing. 3. Obama finished the interview, left and returned to talk about a new "Intelligence Assessment" that would be dropping before Trump's inauguration. He was priming the media to be on the look out for the bogus report he had just asked for. It's impossible to overstate the magnitude of what Obama was doing during this interview.
