Fasting is your natural medicine. I do 3 day fasting once a month and a 24hr fast once a week. Haven’t been sick in years.

Last meal at 7pm, and first meal at 1pm would be 18hr fast. This is very doable.

How the Hell do you go 36 hours without eating anything??? I would have to lock myself in a room with no key and have a timer on the door.

Sleep well drink water and black coffee. Especially black coffee will help you if you doing this first time

True, however, should not be overused. Fasting and prolonged ketosis stress the body long term leading to some negative effects like misbalanced hormones.
