Train your entire core at home, no equipment needed. 🔥 This routine targets upper abs, lower abs, obliques, deep core and full core stability so you build a stronger and more defined midsection using only your bodyweight. Save this workout and try it later. 💪

Your hips called. They want their power back. Most people sit, slump, and wonder why their back hurts. This one move rebuilds your glutes, stabilizes your core, and unlocks your energy. Take breaks throughout the day to do this simple exercise and watch your glutes become stronger in 4 to 6 weeks. #GluteBridge #FunctionalFitness

Longer doesn’t always mean better. A 60-second plank with your hips sagging isn’t as effective as a shorter hold with proper form. Keep your elbows under your shoulders, engage your core, and maintain a straight line from head to heels. Try this on your next workout and see how long you can hold a *perfect* plank. How long is your current plank record? Tell us in the comments 👇

Every inch counts! L-Sit movements to shred your core! This is a challenging calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the core muscles, particularly the lower abs and hip flexors. Not easy on the arms either. Try to stay elevated and keep legs straight. Happy

Glute Kickback Tip⬇️ Turn your foot out on a 45-degree angle as you kick back, engage your core and focus on keeping your hips square to the cable as you kick back. This will emphasize more glute engagement. [continued on next tweet]

🔥Instead of taking a 6 inch step, try exploding with hands, hips and then feet. This sequence helps you to keep your pad level low, make first contact and knock back your opponent. Don’t you just love hearing that sled pop?!
