Can’t cook? Then pay attention. You can easily cook chicken Preheat oven to 375. Add enough Great Ghee or animal fat to cover the bottom of a cast iron, stainless steel or carbon steel frying pan. Turn heat on to 75% of max. Season chicken with a little salt, garlic and onion powder. Paprika if you like. Cook skin side down for about 10 minutes or until a nice crust develops. Cook skin side up for 5 minutes. Put the entire skillet in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes. Internal temp should be 165° minimum. This meal cost me $11 and this was air cooled, quality chicken. Thanks Bell & Evans

I barely use my cast iron cookware anymore because of how well my carbon steel performs and how easy it is to maintain. 1) It’s 1/3 the weight of cast iron 2) I don’t have to worry about excessive iron levels 3) The handle doesn’t get blazing hot 4) I don’t have to baby the seasoning. I can scrub it with steel wool and cook non stick eggs with it the next day Just make sure it’s completely dry to avoid rust! Links below

And this is the homepage i designed for it, tell me how it looks This project is gonna be crazy, i have spent a lot of time making sure everything feels really polished and good, just wait till i complete it, it’s gonna be insane
