Trying low-poly 3D models and animations in Meshy3D. More than enough for the games I want to make.

Thanks for all the likes and comments! I’m out right now, but I’ll post the steps and prompts when I get home. They’re on my PC at the moment. It’s actually super simple. Everything was made 100% in Meshy. I generated the image with Meshy Agent, then turned it into a 3D model with texturing, remeshing, rigging, and animation. I’ll paste the prompts here later!

Here's my workflow for creating low-poly animated characters with Meshy : 1. Generate an image using the prompt below with Meshy Agent (or any image AI you prefer!). 2. Convert the image into a 3D model in Meshy. 3. Remesh the model in Meshy. 4. Rig the remeshed model. (Meshy automatically adds "Walk" and "Run" animations.) 5. Add any other animations you'd like. Only issue is with animals. They don't have many animations apart from walking or flying.

Looks great! I'm doing something totally convoluted to achieve a similar result. RE'd a game for over a year to train a LoRa on a specific stylization of 3D models from multiple views so I can input concept art, and output models in that stylization using ComfyUI. I have to retopo, rig, and texture afterwards, but it's looking good. Can't believe how seamless Meshy is getting. I'm looking forward to the future of AI tools in game dev.
