They makes me think of the neon power in Infamous Second Sun. Electricity is a rad power. I think another thing that be sick is the power of swarms, gross yet natural, being able to disperse into clouds of bugs/rats/birds or having them attack for you is dope

I love this and it got me trying to think of another ability you could use for travel and shadows are all over the city! It could be another cool way to get around 😈 through the shadows of different objects & buildings
