Trying to finish the final mock draft while chasing down last-minute intel is a form of psychological warfare. I’ve swapped so many players in the last hour, and I’m still not convinced of anything other than this draft is destined for some surprises.

We do have analysis on mock drafts to see maybe where a player is projected & then after the draft look at who is most right. What you found in this draft, teams took players that they liked, that they wanted, and that’s the beauty of it.”

This is something I tried to carry to this season’ “Your record since October is 8-0 against top 10 players… obviously conditioning is one aspect of that. Is there anything else that led to your form over the last few months?” Elena: “I think last season the last couple of tournaments I played I gained some confidence throughout tough matches. Chris Cenac is another very interesting prospect. Definitely the most ‘modern big’ in this draft. Athletic, a real jumpshot with good form, one of the best rebounders in this draft plus a versatile defender?what’s not to love still needs to put on some size and for 6’11 isn’t an incredible shot blocker. But definitely should be on the Lakers radar.
